Last but not least the young girl is Black. I kind of guessed that, and after looking at maybe 4 news articles there was one photo of the girl and yes she was Black. But I guess that is something you would expect out of the racist criminal justice system.

FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Lee County Sheriff's deputies say a 9-year-old girl faces multiple felony charges after a fit of rage that began on the school bus.
Officials say the girl jumped off the school bus Monday afternoon after spitting at staff members.
A sheriff's report says a deputy saw the girl toss large pieces of asphalt at the bus, hitting the windshield next to the driver.
Authorities say the girl walked away when she saw the deputy. She picked up a metal chair in a nearby yard and threw it at the deputy. When he said she was under arrest, the girl resisted by kicking and attempting to push him.
No one was injured.
She is charged with battery on a school employee and a law enforcement office among other charges.

Monday, just before 3:00 p.m., the Lee County Sheriff's Office was called to help out after a student from the Royal Palm Exceptional Center had jumped off the school bus near the intersection of Kingston Drive East and Atlanta Avenue in Fort Myers.
A release from the sheriff's office states the girl (whose name has been redacted) jumped off the bus after spitting at staff members and becoming aggressive.
After getting off the bus, according to the release, the girl started to pick up large pieces of broken asphalt and throw them at the bus.
One piece struck the windshield where the driver was sitting and a deputy responding to the scene saw it happen.
After seeing the deputy, the student began walking from the scene and the deputy followed.
The report states that she walked into a nearby yard where she picked up and threw a metal chair hitting the deputy.
When the deputy reached the student and told her she was under arrest, the report states that the girl resisted by kicking and attempting to push the deputy.
She was taken into custody with no injuries to her or the deputy.
Due to the nature of the incident, detectives with Youth Services and the Major Crimes Unit responded to the scene to investigate.
The girl was booked into the Lee County Jail and charged as follows:
• Battery on a Public School Employee, in violation of F.S.S. 784.041 (2a)
• Throwing a deadly missile into an occupied vehicle in violation of F.S.S. 790.19
• Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer in violation of F.S.S. 784.07 (2b)
• Resisting with violence in violation of F.S.S. 843.01

Florida authorities had a real Halloween scare on their hands when a pint-sized perp’s raging tantrum turned into a vicious assault case.
Lee County Sheriff's deputies said the 9-year-old girl faces multiple felony charges after a fit of rage that started on her bus yesterday.
Police were called to Atlanta Avenue and Kingston Drive East over the disturbance.
The bus driver told officers the ordeal began as the girl was told to stop eating candy on the bus.
The sheriff’s office said the girl jumped off the bus after spitting and cursing at the driver and allegedly threatening to hit other children.
The girl will not be identified due to her age.
She then began throwing pieces of asphalt at the bus, hitting the windshield next to the driver.
As the deputy approached, he saw the girl throwing the asphalt while shouting at the driver: 'Shut the f*ck up! I will f*cking kill you!'
Authorities said the girl walked away when she saw the deputy.

As the deputy informed her that she was under arrest, the girl resisted by wildly kicking and trying to push him.
The girl, who tried to bite the officer as she was taken into custody, was booked into the Lee County Jail.
She has been charged with battery on a school employee and a law enforcement office, as well as throwing a deadly missile into an occupied vehicle and resisting arrest.
