Phoenix Pigs cops paid very well

Base on this article Phoenix Police officers get paid very well. The straight time or normal pay rate of a Phoenix Police piggy is $38.92/hr, a Phoenix Police sergeant gets $59.78/hr, and a Phoenix Police lieutenant is paid $71.74/hr. Not bad for a job that doesn't even require a high school diploma.

That is based on this statement in the article which says

"overtime pay is time-and-a-half for Phoenix police. Average overtime pay is $58.38 for an officer; $89.67 for a sergeant; $107.62 for a lieutenant"

10 Signs You May Be in an Emotionally Abusive Relationship

According to this article here are 10 signs you may be in an emotionally abusive relationship.

Insider trading by members of Congress

According to this article the royal members of the U.S. Congress don't have to follow the same rules preventing them from doing insider trading that the rest of us are required by law to obey.

As usual our royal rulers in Congress exempted themselves from the rules they expect the rest of us to follow!

Alleged Baseline Rapist sentenced to death

According to this article the state of Arizona will now get it's jollies by murdering Mark Goudeau who is accused of being the "Baseline Rapist" or "Baseline Murderer".

I suspect there is a good chance that the Phoenix Police framed Mark Goudeau.

DNA sequencing is becoming cheaper and cheaper

According to this article the cost of DNA sequencing is dropping like a rock. At the same time the amount of data collected from DNA sequencing is growing incredibly fast.

I guess that is great for the police state and bad for the rest of us serfs.

Protect-IP Bill is another draconian police state law??

Here are a few articles about the Protect-IP Bill or Protect-IP Act which seems to be another draconian police state law like the Patriot Act.

Sheriff Baca was warned about jail deputies' conduct

Sadly many pigs are sadistic thugs who get their jollies by torturing and punishing anybody they think are criminals.

This article says that Los Angles Sheriff Baca was warned about these sadistic pigs who torture prisoners in the Los Angeles County jail, but that he did nothing.

Federal government bureaucrats - F*ck those privacy law!

According to this article our government masters in many Federal government agencies are hypocrites and don't follow there own laws.

The article a lawsuit where one guy is suing Uncle Sam because two different government agencies shared his data which is supposed to be private, but they used this allegedly private data to arrest him for some crimes he committed, which would never have been discovered if the government agencies didn't discover the crime by illegally sharing his private data.

This reminds me of the U.S. Census Bureau. They tell us over and over the the Census questions you answer are private and the information will not be disclosed to anyone.

But in World War II the U.S. Census Bureau gave the police data that American citizens of Japanese orgion gave them.

The cops then used this allegedly secret data from the U.S. Census Bureau to round up these American citizens and place them in concentration camps

Government is a lot like cancer

If you ask me government is a lot like cancer. It always starts out small and just grows and grows till it kills it host.

Government always starts out small with wonderful ideas on how it will help the organization, but over time it grows and grows till it suffocates and kills the organization. Which leads us to this article about California.

Las Vegas police murders - Always Justified

In this article The Las Vegas Review Journal says that when ever cops in the Las Vegas murder innocent people the corrupt internal affairs in the police department always says the murder was justified.

Do what did you expect? That cops would actually arrest each other for crimes cops committed!!!!!

Lets face it in American and probably most of the world the police are corrupt to the core and you are really naive if you think that the police are going to obey the same laws the arrest and jail the rest of us for breaking.

Homeless folks watch porn at Laguana Beach Library

According to this article some religious nut jobs were getting upset because homeless people were looking at porn in the Laguana Beach Library. F*ck em!

Surveillance Technology and the Police State

Here is an interesting article on surveillance technology and the police state. That is not only the American Police state but also police states run by 3rd world countries, which many times are supported by the American Police state.

Border fence between Mexico and the USA

This article more or less says that a border fence between the USA and Mexico is a wasteful, unworkable dream, whose only use is used to get politicians elected. I will have to agree with that.

Fearless New Mexico cops hunt down dangerous criminals

OK, maybe these New Mexico pigs aren't fearless, but they certainly want to be know as heroes for arresting this dangerous criminal.

According to this article a dangerous 13 year old criminal was arrested for the heinous crime of burping in his PE class by these police heroes!

Man I have to say, busting 8th graders who burp in PE classes is a lot safer then hunting down bank robbers and other real criminals.

Amount of caffeine in selected drinks

The only reason I included this article was because they gave the caffeine content of a number of different brands of coffee, soda pop, and energy drinks. And of course I am a caffeine addict. I wonder if the BATF will now take my guns away from me because I am an admitted caffeine addict?

The Russians are invading, the Russians are invading

Not really, but our government masters always use that as a lame excuse to demand that they get more tax dollars and flush the Bill of Rights down the toilet to save us from what ever imaginary threat they have invented.

In this article we find out the Russian attack on a water plant in Illinois was just a made up story to scare us, probably so the bureaucrats at Homeland Security could ask Congress for more money.

Russian cyber military attack on water plant in Illinois

Corporate welfare for artists?

Scottsdale LOVE art work that cost $311,000 - huge waste of tax dollars In this article the folks at the "Americans for the Arts" in Washington D.C. seem to want to create government welfare programs for artists all over the USA. That means getting cities, counties and states, along with the Federal government to pass laws which create corporate welfare programs to require government entities to buy art work and art services from poor starving artist. I guess "poor starving artists" is a misnomer. The woman who created the $40,000 art work for a bus stop in Chandler Arizona charges something like $100 an hour for her services.

Military dogs get post-traumatic stress disorder

Interesting I didn't know that dogs can get post-traumatic stress disorde or PTSD as it's called. On the other hand if you are a dog and you are constantly seeing Americans murder brown skinned woman, children and freedom fighters I suspect you might get stressed out just like a human.

For more details check out this article .

We are government slaves!!!!

How high do tax rates have to go before you consider yourself a government slave? One percent? Ten percent? Twenty percent? Read more about it here. The also has some information in it about Herman Cain's 999, or 9-9-9 tax plan. Same for Texas governor Rick Perry 20 percent flat tax plan.

Millions spent are unseen by Mesa City Council

This article talks about how most of the money spend by the city of Mesa is not being spent openly and in the eye of the public. Most of it is approved by unknown, unelected government bureaucrats.

Is that a police mounted GPS device attached to your car?

No you are not paranoid if you think the pigs are tracking you with a secret GPS device attached to your car.

According to this article a 25-year-old resident of San Jose, California, says he found a GPS tracking device placed on his Volvo SUV while visiting his mother in Modesto.

Lows will drop near freezing in Phoenix area

by Morgan Sailor and Carly M. Price

Dec. 2, 2011 09:37 AM

The Arizona Republic-12 News Breaking News Team

Temperatures in the outlying desert areas of Phoenix could drop to near freezing this weekend as a storm front stalls over Arizona, dumping snow in the higher elevations and bringing a chance of light rain to the south.

The forecast calls for a high temperature of 58 degrees throughout the weekend in Phoenix, which is almost 10 degrees below normal for this time of year. There is a 40 percent chance of rain on both Friday and Saturday, with precipitation most likely to fall after noon each day.

The storm system moved in from California and dropped south along the Colorado River before stagnating over Arizona early Thursday. Another, colder system is chasing its path and will likely catch up to the first system on Saturday.

This second system, said Jessica Nolte of the National Weather Service, will "kind of reinforce what is already here and then it all starts to slowly drift off to the East."

"It's going to hang around and keep us cool." Nolte said. "It's wonderful December weather for the area."

Saturday, the low for Phoenix will be in the mid-40s, but the lows for Sunday and Monday will drop to the mid- to upper 30s, with outlying areas approaching freezing.

To the north, however, the winter storm system has had more sinister effects and much colder conditions that started on Thursday morning.

The system deposited snow across the mountains areas above 5,000 feet. Flagstaff accumulated about 9 inches of snow and another 2 to 5 inches are expected as the second front pushes in on Saturday, said Tom Clemmons, a meteorologist from the National Weather Service.

All schools in the Flagstaff Unified School District were closed on Friday because of hazardous weather.

On Thursday, Interstate 40 just west of Flagstaff was closed for several hours in both directions after a crash involving several vehicles and a commercial truck, said Doug Nintzel from the Arizona Department of Transportation.

In total, there were 22 vehicles involved in five separate collisions along Interstate 40, three of which resulted in serious injuries, said Bart Graves of the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

Drivers on Interstate 17 were also foiled by the slippery roads. A two-vehicle collision closed the highway 8 miles south of Flagstaff. Nintzel said there were also numerous "slide-offs" that likely resulted from drivers going too fast for the conditions.

On Friday morning, both westbound Interstate 60 east of Globe and eastbound Interstate 40 near Holbrook were closed because of collisions, Nintzel said.

Flagstaff will remain under a winter weather advisory until 11 a.m. Saturday. Residents should stay tuned for another potential advisory as the second storm sweeps in, Clemmons said.

The Phoenix area will stay cool into next week, with a weak storm system coming in on Monday.

Huge wind storms in Los Angeles

While the Santa Ana winds do come from the Arizona deserts, us folks in Phoenix didn't have any of these strong winds. The only bad weather we had in Phoenix was it was colder then mormal.

Unusual weather system produces destructive winds

By Hector Becerra, Matt Stevens and Rong-Gong Lin II, Los Angeles Times

December 2, 2011

The winds reached 97 mph at one mountain peak. More than 380,000 homes lost power. Thousands of trees snapped, blocking roads and damaging property. Scores of schools were closed, as was Griffith Park. And motorists battled gridlock caused by broken traffic signals and blowing debris.

The storm, which produced some of the strongest wind gusts in more than a decade, was caused by a highly unusual weather system that even had experts marveling at its power.

While Santa Ana winds are common this time of year, this storm was anything but.

The winds were produced by two separate weather systems that channeled cold air from the north into the Los Angeles area.

A clockwise high-pressure system was parked over Northern California and the Great Basin as a counter-clockwise low-pressure system hovered over Arizona.

Like two massive gears spinning in opposite directions, the systems funneled the winds.

"In some places we've seen gusts over hurricane force, which for the Southwest part of the country is not something that usually happens," said Brian Edwards, a meteorologist for AccuWeather.com. "This is a one-every-10-years kind of thing."

Indeed, the blustery conditions extended across the Southwest, including Utah, Nevada, Wyoming, Arizona and New Mexico. In some places, including Utah, wind gusts topped 100 mph.

Experts said one reason for the extensive damage was that the winds were remarkably choppy and unpredictable.

In some places, winds suddenly shifted from 10 mph or 20 mph to more than 80 mph. The shift made trees as well as roofs and power lines vulnerable.

"Everything lined up perfectly," said Bill Patzert, a climatologist for Jet Propulsion Laboratory in La Cañada-Flintridge.

Trees were no match for the winds, especially those with heavy canopies. Patzert noted that trees in urban Southern California neighborhoods don't have the strong root systems found in more natural environments.

"L.A. trees don't have deep roots. The urban forest is artificial and is primarily watered by lawn sprinklers," Patzert said. "So what keeps our urban forest alive is people watering their lawns, which are not natural, so you don't have deep root systems. So our trees are very vulnerable to Santa Ana events."

Walter Warriner, a Santa Monica arborist and community forester, agreed, adding that the large canopies of many local trees lack strong foundations.

"When you look at a tree above ground there's a ratio of 20 to 1 compared to below ground, so there's not that many roots holding our big trees in place," he said.

While damage was reported across the Southland, communities in the western San Gabriel Valley were particularly hard-hit, including Pasadena, South Pasadena, San Marino, Altadena and La Cañada-Flintridge.

National Weather Service meteorologist Eric Boldt said this, too, was unusual.

Typically, the San Fernando Valley and Ventura County get the brunt of such windstorms.

But Boldt said that these Santa Ana winds came more directly from the north rather than from the northeast.

The air was colder than the traditional Santa Anas, causing the winds to sink to lower elevations.

"You've got that air building up on the other side of the mountains right there above Pasadena, and then it comes like a bowling ball rolling down the hillsides right into the lower elevations," he said. "Colder air is going to sink a lot faster. In a typical Santa Ana, the winds will be up high, and not really get down to where we live."

Another factor was the difference in the levels of pressure between the two weather systems.

"The stronger the difference, the stronger the winds. In this case, we had a very strong difference in pressure," Edwards said. "Add in the terrain, the mountain passes, the canyons and things like that, and you get these local enhancements, like a funneling effect, which in turn creates even stronger winds."

The winds are expected to stay through Friday, gradually losing their strength.

But Patzert said the region should not get comfortable just yet.

"This is not going away any time soon," he said. "This is local. This is not global warming or El Niño or La Niña or anything like that. These are Santa Anas and this is the time of the year they occur."

We are not alone!!!!

Here is an interesting article on our search for other life forms not on planet earth.

With literally billions and probably trillions of stars in the Universe the laws of probability say that is is almost certain that there is life in other places in the Universe besides Earth.

I think us humans are being rather egotistical thinking that we are only life form, or for that matter only intelligent life form in the Universe.

While the search for life form on other planets is an interesting idea, I certainly don't think it should be funded by the government. Let the private sector do it.

Ending the congressional gravy train

In this article Laurie Robert tries to convince us that crooks in Congress are going to stop being crooks and pay themselves what they are worth. Yea, sure Laurie, and pigs will be flying next week too.

I hate cold weather.

20 percent to 30 percent of Medicare and Medicaid spending is "waste"

In this article Donald M. Berwick, the government bureaucrat in charge of Medicare and Medicaid says that 20 percent to 30 percent of health spending is "waste". Remember that is coming from the government bureaucrat in charge of the system, not one of use crazy Libertarians that says the system doesn't work.

Geo-engineering a risky way to combat warming

FDR knew Japanese were going to bomb Pearl Harbor?

In the past I heard a number of stories that FDR knew the Japanese were going to bomb Pearl Harbor, but he didn't do anything to stop it because he needed any lame excuse to get into WWII to help his English friends.

This article from the Washington Post repeats part of that claim, at least the part that says the American government knew of the coming attack on Pearl Harbor.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio botched sex-crime cases

According to this article the moron who calls himself the toughest Sheriff in American botched a number of sex crime cases in El Mirage Arizona.

Sure Sheriff Joe screwed those cases up royal, but he is fantastic when it comes to shoveling BS and rounding up Mexicans who are accused of trivial crimes such as flipping burgers with out a license, gardening with out a license and doing day labor jobs with out a license.

Freezing weather to hit Phoenix's edge

Homeowners advised to cover plants as low temperatures dip into the 30s

by Luci Scott - Dec. 4, 2011 02:03 PM

The Arizona Republic

Freezing temperatures are forecast for the outlying areas of Phoenix on Tuesday morning, and homeowners should cover plants to protect them, the National Weather Service said Sunday.

The predicted low Tuesday morning is 35 at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, but temperatures are expected to dip to freezing levels on the edge of the metropolitan area, meteorologist Mike Bruce said.

"This will certainly be enough to bite the real sensitive plants," he said.

The high Sunday in Phoenix was 56 degrees, the coldest day of the fall but not of the year -- Jan. 1's high was 49.

Snow fell in Flagstaff over the weekend. The city measured 6.5 inches of snow Saturday night. The Weather Service expected 2 to 3 inches more to fall Sunday night, plus 3 to 4 inches Monday.

"Otherwise, there's a dry forecast for the week," meteorologist Dan Leins said.

Arizona Snowbowl, a popular ski area, received 8 inches of snow, but it's not open yet and does not have a scheduled opening date. Snowbowl is awaiting enough snow to make conditions safe. It normally opens in mid-December.

"We do have snowcats on the slopes packing the new snow down," Snowbowl's website said.

All roads and highways in northern Arizona were open, but conditions were snowy and icy.

U.S. Postal Service cuts poised for 2012

The bumbling idiots in the U.S. Post Office plan to cut back our service and probably raise rates according to this article. Congress claims the U.S. Post Office is not a government agency, but the U.S. Post Office is certainly run like a government agency, which is the cause of the problem.

Cops cover up the crimes of fellow cops

According to this article the police that run the Los Angeles County jail do a pretty good job of covering up the crimes their fellow police officers commit.

LAPD screws LAX?

According to this article the Los Angeles Police Department seems to be screwing the folks at Los Angeles International Airport by charging them outrageous prices for the police services they provide, which probably is in violation of Federal law.

It's ain't about good mail delivery, it's about jobs for bureaucrats

In this article the USPS wants to limit next-day service to cut costs.

I suspect the way the U.S. Post Office operates, the could care less about providing top quality mail service at low prices. I suspect the main goal of the U.S. Post Office is to provide high paying jobs for the under worked government bureaucrats that work at the U.S. Post Office.

The good news is when businesses in the private sector operate like that they quickly go out of business.

Sadly despite the fact that the U.S. Post Office pretends to be a private business they are still an arm of the government and can't go out of business.

Arizona State Prison Medical Care Sucks

According to this article the medical care at the Arizona State Prison pretty much sucks.

I think that is wrong. If we are going to lock people in cages to punish them for their crimes we should at least provide adequate medical care for them.

I guess part of the problem is that many of the cops and prison guards that run the prison are sadistic *ssholes who get their jollies from punishing the prisoners.

The same goes for the Congressmen and Senators that pass the laws placing people in prisons.

Many of them are also sadistic *ssholes who get their jollies from punishing the prisoners. And of course many of them run on a "get tough" platform which involves treating convicts as mean and sadistically as possible along with giving them draconian sentences.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio is a hypocrite???

In this article Sheriff Joe Arpaio along with Maricopa County Supervisors Don Stapley and Fulton Brock come across as hypocrites who serve themselves rather then the people of Maricopa County whom they pretend to work for!

Intel chief wants to blow up Arizona education system

According to his article Former Intel Corp. CEO Craig Barrett who is now a member of the Arizona Ready Education Council wants to apply the principles of the free market to Arizona's educational system. What a refreshing new idea! Of course the school teachers and other bureaucrats who run the system don't seem to like that idea, because it would cut into their empires and reduce their paychecks. After all the educational system isn't about educating the children, but rather with giving over paid, under worked government bureaucrats cushy jobs.

Are Secret Service agents above the law??

According to this article Secret Service agents seem to think that they are above the law and that they should not be personally liable for any crimes they commit while protecting our government masters from us serfs.

9 year old kicked out of school for calling teacher "cute"

According to this article a 9 year old child was suspended from school for calling his teacher "cute".

I guess these government bureaucrats in the government schools have a lot more things to do then educate the children.

Phoenix officer's death to be ruled a suicide

According to this article the death of Phoenix cop Sgt. Sean Drenth was a suicide. From day one the Phoenix Police did everything they could to prove it wasn't a suicide. Probably so the piggies widow could collect his pension, and more important to make it look like the piggie was not a criminal.

Had Sgt. Sean Drenth not killed himself he would have been arrested on felony charges of cheating the city of Phoenix police out of thousands of dollars of unearned overtime pay.

Thomas Haynesworth freed after spending 27 years in prison for a rape he didn't commit

According to this article Thomas Haynesworth has been freed from prison after spending 27 years there for a murder he didn't commit. Prosecutors love to tell us they would rather have 1,000 guilty people get out of prison then 1 innocent person get falsely convicted. But that is 100 percent bull sh*t. Government prosecutors routinely railroad innocent men like Thomas Haynesworth into prison for crimes they didn't commit.

The only good news is that with DNA testing these horrible abuses of the system are being discovered.

Of course don't count on the piggies or prosecutors that framed Thomas Haynesworth being put in prison for their crimes. Government criminals rarely do time for their crimes.

Sheriff Joe bungles sex crimes in El Mirage

Here is another article on those sex crimes that Sheriff Joe failed to investigate properly in El Mirage. Sheriff Joe is great at arresting Mexican's for flipping burgers, doing gardening jobs, or cleaning hotel rooms without a proper government issued ID card, but when it comes to real crimes like rape, Sheriff Joe doesn't do squat!!!

Blasphemer gets 500 lashes & 1 year in Saudi Arabia

According to this article the religious nut jobs in Saudi Arabia sentenced this guy to 500 lashes and 1 year in prison for the crime of f blasphemy in the 3rd world theocracy of Saudi Arabia.

Bend over Indians!!! Congressman Trent Franks is here

In this a article Congressman Trent Franks wants to continue a 600 year old American tradition - screwing the Indians.

Racist Congressman Trent Franks doesn't want the Indian tribes to get a cut of the gambling in Phoenix so he is trying to pass laws preventing the Indians from doing it.

Jesus Christ, Congressman Trent Franks, you make me embarrassed to be a White person.

Mothering v. Smothering

If I grew up in today's American police state my parents would probably both be in prison for child abuse and me, and my brothers and sisters would probably be placed in government run foster homes.

Of course the problem wouldn't my parents, the problem would be the government nannies.

In this article some folks are calling this woman a child abuser because she let her 9 year old boy ride on the subway on his own.

No matter what you do the jerk ain't going to be happy

Click here to see the last dumb thing the jerk did.

Today it is colder then krap so I made a nice warm fire. I decided to bring in some wood to replace the wood I used on the fire. I figured if I didn't bring in some wood the jerk would yell at me for using up the wood and not replacing it.

Of course when the jerk came home he didn't yell at me for not replacing the wood. The jerk yelled at me for bringing in too much wood.

Bottom line is no matter what you do the jerk isn't going to be happy about it.

Is the jerk an abusive person? Probably! Is the jerk a sociopath? Don't ask me, I ain't a shrink, but it sure sounds like it.

More on the jerk!

10 years probation for a BJ??? That's insane!!!

According to this article Fulton Brock's daughter, Rachel Brock, was sentenced Wednesday to 10 years probation for the victimless crime of giving a BJ to an underage friend. Don't these pigs have any real criminals to hunt down???? You know like robbers and rapists! Not a couple of horny teenagers who are having consensual sex!

'Mythbusters' TV crew fire cannonball, hits home

Kids never play with guns unless you are under the direction of the police! You could do something incredibly stupid like this and almost kill somebody. What they were under the direction of the Alameda County Sheriff's Department??? I guess the dumb cops at the Alameda County Sheriff's Department don't know as much about guns as they claim to know.

Goldwater Institute sues Phoenix, police union

According to this article the Goldwater Institute is suing the city of Phoenix and the Phoenix Police because the city of Phoenix allows cops to collect pay for time they spend working for the Police Union, which is not part of the city of Phoenix.

Baby Gabriel's mother fit to stand trial?????

According to this article the shrinks claim that Baby Gabriel's mother is fit to stand trial. From what the defense attorneys say that isn't the case at all. Of course I have a problem with this case because they want to try her for the murder of Baby Gabriel, and the body of Baby Gabriel has never been found.

If that is true I have a hard time believing that Baby Gabriel was murdered.

Arizona Democrats won't have Presidential Primary Election for 2012

According to this article the Democrats in Arizona won't have a 2012 Presidential Primary Election.

Most people don't know it but in Arizona [and many other states] the Presidential primary elections are beauty contests that don't count. The Presidential Primary elections are just there to give the voters the illusion that the voters get to pick the parties Presidential candidate, when in reality the candidates are picked at the parties conventions.

I suspect in this case the Democrats know Obama will be running for President and will get the nominations at the Democratic convention and don't want to have a primary for that reason.

Insult the King of Thailand, go to jail

In this article an American was sentenced to 2 years in prison for insulting the King of Thailand. The guy didn't even commit the crime in Thailand. He wrote the insults and posted them on the internet when he was in the USA.

Wonder if Emperor Obama will be asking Congress to pass laws like these!

Wed, Dec 7, 2011 - Attacked by a bull dog?

Around 5 pm, on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 I was riding my bike down Westwood, somewhere between 10th Street and Mountain View I was attacked by a small, very muscular dog that I think was a bull dog.

There were a couple of guys standing outside of the home talking, I think they were standing by their cars.

Then the dog which was loose and outside took off running towards me. One of the guys yelled at the dog to stop, and come back, but the dog didn't obey him.

Despite being a short dog, the dog was very fat and muscular.

The bumped into my bike or me which caused me to feel it.

I suspect the dog bite me, but his teeth didn't cause a wound on me.

I think the dog was white, with brown spots, although people are notoriously inaccurate when they give descriptions of crimes that they viewed, such as this dog attack on me.

The jerk accuses me of burning his house down :)

Click here to see the last dumb thing the jerk did.

I am not exactly sure what the Jerk is accusing me of this time.

Last night the Jerk and some kindling and wood in his fireplace and I started it on fire, like I have done many times before.

When the Jerk and his wife came home they continue to enjoy the fire with me. Although we did have a few problems with the fire being too smokey and setting off the smoke alarms several times.

His wife told me they had the problem in the recent past and fixed it by opening a kitchen window and having smaller fires. The open window vented the smoke, and I suspect the small fire created less smoke.

Well this morning the jerk [while I was gone] complained that the house was too smokey and the the rugs and walls were smokey and blamed guess who, ME.

I suspect the Jerk really just gets his jollies from yelling and abusing people. But I am sure the Jerk will say other wise and tell you that if I continue my evil ways it will certainly cause the end of the Universe as we know it and that the Jerk needs to yell at me to save the planet.

Apparently the Jerk cleaned all the rugs with a rug cleaner and washed down all the walls to remove the smoke. And of course he blames all the damages on me.

Of course I have one minor question which might throw a monkey wrench into the jerks yelling at me. That question is:

If I was doing something horribly wrong last night with the fire why didn't the jerk yell at me last night when he came home?
How come the Jerk didn't yell at me last night, put out the fire and fix whatever I did wrong?

Of course if you think about it then it means even if I am guilty of something, then the Jerk is guilty of the same thing for letting me continue to do what ever I did, with out stopping me.

But hey, lets not use any logic and reason in this discussion. The Jerk gets his jollies by yelling, screaming and abusing people and we certainly don't want to use any logic and reason to stop that!!!!

This morning I told the Jerk's wife I was sorry for doing whatever I did wrong and she just smiled. I suspect that means she realizes I did nothing wrong and it was just the Jerk going on the warpath again.

Corporate welfare program for green car makers?

According to this article The Obama administration has poured roughly $5 billion in taxpayer funds into the electric-car industry, with absolutely no results to show for the money spent. I suspect it's a government welfare program for people that have given Obama campaign contributions. But hey what do I know. I don't trust government nannies any farther then I can throw them.

Buying government rulers isn't cheap!!!

Wow according to this article Newt Gingrich charges $60,000 plus expenses to come to your group and give a talk. OK the article doesn't say you can buy Newt Gingrich for $60,000, but I suspect this is the first step in buying him. Remember bribing government officials is illegal, but giving them suitcases full of cash called campaign contributions is 100 percent legal. And on top of that large "campaign contributions" also get results, just like bribes do.

Jan Brewer a welfare cheater?

San Mateo piggies pepper spray dangerous 7 year old child.

According to this article the piggies in San Mateo, which is a suburb of San Francisco had to pepper spray a dangerous 7 year old child to get him under control.

Dangerous woman convicted of gasp - feeding pigs

I suspect if this woman had been feeding the human kind of pigs doughnuts she would not have been arrested. After all if you bribe cops they treat you well.

But this woman was convicted of feeding the harmless kind of pigs, you know the animal kind. Jesus, don't these jackbooted government thugs have any real criminals to hunt down? You know the kinds that destroy people lives, like robbers, rapists, muggers and so on. Not some nice old lady who is feeding hungry animals that hang out in her back yard.

Read more about this nice woman who was arrested for feeding pigs in her back yard.

Congress to ban texting and driving?

Could anybody tell me what part of the Constitution allows the twits in Congress to ban texting and driving?

There isn't any part?

OK, that must mean this silly effort by Congress to ban texting and driving is unconstitutional.

Crooks R Us???

When I think of the ideal job for a person with a criminal mind it is either as an elected official or a police officer.

Cops can and do get away with almost all the crimes they commit.

You name it from raping hot looking women to shaking down drug dealers for a cut of their sales cops get away with crimes that would put the rest of us in prison for life.

But to really get away with big crimes and literally steal millions of dollars for yourself you have to get elected to Congress.

Which leads me to this article about how Newt Gingrich is a big time crook who is running for President.

So what else is new. Senator John McCain was a big time crook running for President! Remember the Keating 5 scandal?

It ain't cheep to buy politicians?

While we are on the subject of crooked politicians and very specifically New Gingrich maybe it is time to review this article.

It will cost you $60 grand to get New Gingrich to come talk to your group.

Sure that ain't buying the guy, but it's the first step in the process.

Jan Brewer - Social Security cheater?

What's the old saying? Where there is smoke there is fire?

I don't know. This article sure makes it sound like Arizona Governor Jan Brewer is involved in some kind of Social Security fraud getting benefits for her son that he doesn't deserve.

Obama p*sses away $5 billion on failing green car program

According to this article American Emperor Barak Obama has p*ssed away about $5 billion on a green car program that appears to be failing.

Me, with my cynical view on government thinks it is just a corporate welfare program to reward the special interest groups that have given Obama bribes, opps, I mean campaign contributions.

Innocent man spends 27 years in prison for rape

According to this article DNA testing has proven that Thomas Haynesworth is an innocent man and was framed for a rape which he spend 27 years in prison.

Will the crooked cops who framed him be punished? I doubt it. They never are!

Will the crooked prosecutors who railroaded him into prison be punished? I doubt it. They never are!

If Thomas Haynesworth is lucky he will get minimum wage for each hour he spent in prison, without the mandatory Federal time and a half for each hour over 8 hours a day he was forced to live in his cage.

Some people wonder why I hate government.

Well I don't hate government!

I hate crooked government rulers.

Like the crooked cops and prosecutors that framed Thomas Haynesworth and forced him to spend 27 years of his life in a cage for a crime he didn't commit.

Obama - Rob the rich to get reelected

If you ask me this article seems to say that Obama is a lot like Robin Hood in that he wants to rob from the rich and give to the poor to help himself get reelected in 2012.

Remember just because the majority votes on it doesn't make it right.

If two men vote to rape a hot woman because she refuses to have sex with them, sure you can say the majority rules, but rape is still wrong even if it was done with a 2 to 1 vote. Just like taxes are still stealing even if our government masters voted 51 to 49 to approve the theft.

The jerk is stealing my food again

Click here to see the last dumb thing the jerk did.

The last time the jerk stole my food he took an unopened bag of lima beans I had and cooked them up for himself. That is why I quit buying lima beans.

He didn't even ask me if he could take them.

This time he opened a bag of tater tots and ate some of them. The ban was unopened and he opened them and took some. The jerk didn't even ask me if he could eat my tater tots.

I guess I will quit buying tater tots.

The jerk wants to raise my rent. I guess that is OK, the jerk owns the house an he can charge me whatever he wants to charge me. Or I should say the jerks wife owns the house and they can charge me what ever they want to charge me.

Buy why should I stay in a place where I can't even put food in the refrigerator without the landlord stealing my food.

I think it is time to move out. The jerk is a sociopath.

No I am not the only person the jerk leaches off of.

The jerk has not worked for years and his wife supports him.

I guess the jerk thinks it is also my job to support the him just like his wife supports him.

More on the jerk!

The jerk bitched at me about the toilet

Doesn't matter what you do the jerk will bitch about it

Click
here to see the last dumb thing the jerk did.

I noticed the toilet water was running so I quickly tried to fix it. I just flushed it a second time to see if that would stop the water from running. I figured maybe that would unstick the lever and fix it.

That didn't work.

Now if it was my house I would have taken the toilet tank apart and found the problem and fixed it.

But of course living with the jerk things are not that easy.

If I try to fix it and the jerk finds out it doesn't matter what I do, the jerk will complain about it and bitch.

So I did the only thing that is rational to do with you are living with an irrational jerk. I did nothing.

Let the jerk fix it.

Now when I came home my prophesy begin to fulfill it's self.

The jerk started quizzing me on what I had done earlier, because he wanted to bitch at me about the toilet.

The jerk asked me what time I left. The jerk asked me if I knew the toilet water was running. The jerk implied that I was stupid for not knowing how to fix the toilet. He said all you have to do is turn it a quarter turn to shut it off.

Of course I didn't tell the jerk I didn't bother fixing the toilet because I knew whatever I did he would bitch complain about it.

I think it is time to move out of this place. The Jerk is an abuser who gets his jollies by making peoples lives miserable.

More on the jerk!

The jerk browbeats his wife

Click here to see the last dumb thing the jerk did.

It was around 5 or 6 p.m. on Saturday, December 10 and the Jerk's wife had just gotten up from their name. The Jerk was still sleeping.

On of the Jerk's friends called and the Jerk's wife told him that the Jerk was in the process of getting up and asked the Jerk's friend to call back in 10 minutes.

I thought she handled the task of answering the phone and telling the guy to call back brilliantly. Well it ain't that hard to answer a phone call brilliantly and tell the caller to call back. It's a pretty simple task.

Of course the Jerk didn't think so. He was very angry that his wife told his friend to call back in 10 minutes. The Jerk treated his wife like she was responsible for causing the destruction of the Universe as we know it.

The Jerk insulted and belittled his wife for being a real bad person.

Of course the real problem here is the Jerk. The Jerk is an abusive *sshole who treats people like krap.

Now on top of the Jerk being an abusive *sshole the Jerk is also a leach.

The Jerk has not worked and every dime the Jerk gets is from his wife. Well almost every dime the Jerk gets is from his wife. I think the Jerk gets his spending money from the rent I pay. Or more properly said the Jerk's wife gives him the rent money I pay for his spending money.

The Jerk reminds me of this other guy I read about who abuses his wife. And of course this guy's wife also supports him. This Jerk doesn't work either and his wife supports him. Sadly the poor woman was screwed over by the courts when the got divorced.

I suspect if the Jerk's wife divorces the Jerk, she will also get screwed over by courts.

Under Arizona law, which has the same community property laws as they have in California, if the Jerks wife divorces him, the Jerk will get half of their property, even though the Jerk hasn't worked for years and his wife has supported him.

The Jerk is a mean, sadistic *sshole. I think it is time for me to move out of her. It makes me very angry when I see the Jerk abusing his wife like this.

Of course this isn't the first time I have watched the Jerk abuse his wife. He does it all the time.

Lunar eclipse gives sky-watchers rare treat

Dec. 10, 2011 11:31 AM

SAN FRANCISCO -- Moon watchers in the western U.S., Hawaii and elsewhere across the globe were treated Saturday to a rare celestial phenomenon: a total lunar eclipse.

For 51 minutes starting at 6:06 a.m. PST, the Earth's shadow completely blocked the moon.

The moon took on a reddish glow, as some indirect sunlight continued to reach it after passing through the Earth's atmosphere. Since the atmosphere scatters blue light, only red light strikes the moon, giving it an eerie crimson hue.

The last total lunar eclipse was on June 15 although that was not visible from the United States. The next one is on April 15, 2014 and will be seen in the U.S.

The Jerk is NOT a racist!!!

Click here to see the last dumb thing the jerk did.

The Jerk is NOT a racist, well at least that is what the Jerk says.

I may have screwed up the quotes slightly, but the ideas are still correct here.

I saw the Jerk was talking to a Black man at a meeting we attended.

I found it interesting that the Jerk was telling the Black guy something to the effect of

I can't figure why YOUR people let White folks abuse them. It's like you just roll over and do nothing.
Interesting if you ask me it sounds like the Jerk is saying that the problem of Black people being discriminated against and abused by White people is caused by the Blacks themselves.

And I like the "YOUR people" part.

Yea, like one Black person is responsible for the actions of all other Black people.

As a White person I certainly am not responsible for the actions that all the other dumb, racists, or crooked White people do.

Don't blame me for George Bush's invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan. Don't blame me for the actions of those two White Serial Shooters.

But I suspect the Jerk does blame every Black person for the actions of the few *ssholes that are Black.

While the Jerk claims he is not a racist he seems to have those feeling about other races besides Blacks. Like Oriental people, Mexicans and Jews.

I don't know if the Jerk is to dumb to realized he is a racist. Or if the Jerk knows that being a racist is bad and denies being a racist for that reason.

And by the way the Black guy knew he was being abused. He was making a number of comments to the Jerk indicating that he knew his place with White folks which was at the bottom of the totem pole!

On Jan 1, I will be homeless again

In about two weeks I will be homeless again and hanging out with these people. Well I won't be hanging out with those people because I am a hermit and keep to myself, but I will be homeless.

Also the cold isn't that bad if you are prepared for it. In the winter I wear 4 to 6 pairs of thermal underwear pants and shirts, along with another 4 pairs of sweatshirts, a couple of sweaters, a coat and gloves, and 4 pairs of socks.

The only thing I really hate about being homeless is when it rains. If you don't have a place to keep out of the rain it sucks.

Help for homeless needed as cold sets in

by William Hermann - Dec. 16, 2011 10:01 PM

The Arizona Republic

A cold rain fell on windy central Phoenix streets earlier this week, and Shaun Bittencurt, homeless, tired and shivering hard, was clinging to a blanket he had wrapped around him.

He walked up and down Madison Street near the Central Arizona Shelter Services homeless campus at 12th Avenue, trying to keep warm.

"If I didn't have this blanket, I'd freeze to death," said Bittencurt, 37. The blanket slipped from his trembling fingers, showing that he wore only a T-shirt and ragged pants beneath. He had flip-flops on his bare feet.

"Somebody donated this blanket to the shelter, and I got it and sleep with it around me at night," he said. He said he is reluctant to stay at a shelter and talk with strangers.

Hundreds of homeless people -- some of them children, many of them mentally ill -- shiver on the streets and in family cars as nighttime temperatures approach freezing and as winter rains intermittently sweep the Valley.

Central Phoenix bears a significant burden of the Valley's homeless population, and city officials are asking for help to make life on the streets and in shelters safer for thousands of people.

The CASS shelter's residence hall can accommodate 450 people, about 150 people can sleep on the floor of the shelter's resource center and about 250 people can sleep in the nearby "overflow shelter," a former county building.

But on any night, as CASS director Mark Holleran points out, "that can leave several hundred people sleeping on the street."

"It's very dangerous to sleep on the streets at night," Holleran said. "There are many people with behavioral-health issues who won't go into a shelter and chronically homeless people trying to live on the streets, and they can wind up in an emergency room."

Marcie Colpas, a city spokeswoman said blankets, new or used (but clean and freshly laundered), are the highest priority. Clean, warm clothing -- such as long-sleeve jackets, long pants, sweatshirts, sweatpants, warm hats, gloves, coats -- underwear, socks (new only), shoes and hygiene items also are needed.

The items above also are needed in children's sizes for families, the spokeswoman said. Additional needs are baby food/formula, diapers and children's blankets. The items will be collected through March 14.

"With our challenging economic situation, more individuals and families are likely to find themselves homeless and in need of assistance," said Phoenix Councilman Michael Johnson, a member of the Maricopa Association of Governments' Continuum of Care Regional Committee on Homelessness. "Through this communitywide effort, we hope to provide comfort and support to those who are less fortunate than many of us."

City officials say donated items, which are tax-deductible, may be delivered to any of the city's three Family Services Centers located at 4732 S. Central Ave., 3454 N. 51st Ave. and 914 W. Hatcher Road.

The donations will be distributed by local outreach teams from organizations that serve the homeless.

Friday, December 16, 2:27 - Falsely Arrested - Again

Today I was falsely arrested by a rentacop at the Tempe bus station. Here are the nitty gritty details about that false arrest by Tempe Transit Center RentACop Broyles

I was only arrested for 60 seconds, but that is enough for me to file a lawsuit against the city of Tempe, Valley Metro, the company that rents Tempe the rentacop, and the cop who arrested me, along with the bus driver who ordered me to be arrested.

I got on one of those free buses and the lady driver told the cop to remove me from the bus.

The cop who removed me from the bus told me I could not ride on the bus because I had a deadly weapon, and lied and said that deadly weapons were prohibited on Valley Metro buses.

The piggie claims a baseball bat I had was a deadly weapon.

When I told the piggie that Valley Metro doesn't prohibit weapons on it's buses he changed his story and said that drivers could refuse to let anybody ride on their buses for any reason.

Oddly I was arrested when the drivers were changing shifts.

The new bus driver said he didn't care if I rode on his bus and let me back on the bus.

Of course that means the piggy was lying about the deadly weapons stuff. And it should look interesting in court.

Here is a copy of the lawsuit I am planing to file against the City of Tempe, Valley Metro, the bus driver, the security guard and the firm that employes the security guard.

Here are some photos and notes I took about the incident:

Bus Rights under Title VI

The city of Tempe, under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related statutes, must ensure that no person in the city of Tempe shall, on grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, disability and age, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any federally funded program or activity it administers.

Customer Rights and Grievances

Passengers using federally funded public transit should have equal access, seating and treatment. Complaints for non-compliance with Title VI and related statutes may be lodged with Valley Metro customer service at 602-253-5000 (TTY 602-261-8208).

Complaints that customer service receives are documented and assigned to the appropriate transit staff for investigation in accordance with federal standards. After processing the complaint, customer service will respond to the complaint and, if warranted by the investigation, take appropriate action. The city of Phoenix Public Transit Department is responsible for monitoring this process and completed reports.

Gasp!!! Some people don't believe in the Flying Spaghetti Monster

According to this article some people don't believe that the Flying Spaghetti Monster is the supreme master of the universe!!! They instead believe in that silly Jesus god.

Some government rulers who are nonbelievers in the Flying Spaghetti Monster are angry that folks who believe in the Flying Spaghetti Monster should get equal time with their Jesus god.

Tempe police officers fired for theft and dishonesty!

In this article we discover that Tempe police officer's Elliot Campell and Brandon Banks were fired from the Tempe Police department for theft and dishonest.

Of course most piggies will tell you that it is impossible for cops to commit crimes. Simply impossible. At least that's what the fearless pigs who pretend to protect us say.

Is travel to Mexico safe??

Mexico: A guide to which parts are safe to travel to, and which are dangerous

Does Constitution give Uncle Sam have unlimited powers?

According to this article the answer is NO!!!! The 9th and 10th Amendments of the Bill of Rights severely limit the powers of Uncle Sam. Of course that has not stopped the royal tyrants in Congress from passing a gazillion unconstitutional laws.

Concealing of evidence highlighted in Texas wrongful conviction

Who cares about justice!!!! from this article It's more important for a prosecutor to crave a notch on his gun and convict an innocent man so he can prove he is tough on crime and get reelected. Screw justice!!!

Well sadly that is how the criminal justice system works in America.

Will the prosector get punished for this outrageous conduct which allowed the state to lock an innocent man in prison for 25 years?

That's highly unlike. I have never heard of the cops or prosecutors punished for routinely framing innocent people.

The straight dope on Plan B birth control

According to this article the idiots and tyrants that run our government don't want us to use logic and reason interfere with our superstitious religious values! At least that's how these religious nut jobs in the government feel about their decision to keep the Plan B birth control pill from teenagers.

Twitter propaganda by the American Empire

From this article we find that the freedom fighters in Afghanistan are using Twitter to spread their message about the American invaders in Afghanistan.

The American Empire doesn't like free speak and has launched a Twitter propaganda campaign against the Afghan freedom fighter.

I do respect the right of the Afghan people to defend themselves against the American invaders, but I also realized the Taliban government isn't any better then the corrupt American government.

Uncle Sam's cash for visas program

According this article Uncle Sam is running a cash for visas program where foreigners can buy their way into America with half a million bucks. Don't laugh, it must be true, you read it hear on the internet. Well and in the New York Times article I posted here.

According to this article Alma Carmicle who gets paid $151,111 for her job in Glendale, Arizona which she works at from her home in Mississippi.

Wow, must be nice getting paid for $151,111 for a job you can work at with no supervision in your home in Mississippi for a job 1,000 miles away in Arizona.

Christmas Celebrations were illegal in England & the USA

At the atheist Christmas party one woman gave an interesting talk on the history of Christmas celebrations.

As any good Christian who has read the Bible from cover to cover knows, the Bible does not give a date for the birth of the Christ god.

Christians started to celebrate their the birth of their Jesus god on the solstice, which is around Dec 25, because other religions had their big celebrations on that date.

The woman went on to say that in the 1600's in both England and American it was illegal to celebrate the Christmas holiday because Christians of the time knew that the Bible didn't give them the holiday.

Of course over a few hundred year the celebration of Christmas on December 25, pretty much has gained universal acceptance across the entire planet.

The woman told me she would email me a copy of her talk so I can paste it on this web page.

Take this job and shove it?

I responded to an ad for a programming job and when I talked to the folks on the phone after they told me the skills they were looking for I told them sorry I don't have those skills, you probably don't want to hire me.

Despite that they told me that I have a very good background, and that it was couldn't find ANYBODY with the languages they required so that they would be willing to hire me and let me learn the languages they use.

So I told them in that case I would go interview them.

I talked to them and they wanted me to write some software making ebooks which run on Android phones which sounded pretty interesting.

I told them the job was really interesting and I would love to have it. But just to make sure the didn't get burned I again I told them I didn't know those languages and had never written software for cell phone.

But the guy told me he had faith in me and he figured I could learn the languages and he would hire me any how.

The only bad news was the pay sucked the big one. They were talking about a measly $10 an hour.

Let's face it the economy sucks and jobs are hard to find. So I took the job.

Screwed on day one

I showed up for work on Monday, about 15 minutes early, but my boss didn't show up. I waited till about 15 minutes after I was supposed to start and asked him if I showed up on the wrong date or the wrong time.

He assured me that I showed up at the right place and right time, but he was having problems and didn't show up for work that day.

He told me I could start the same place and same time but the next day, which would be Tuesday.

Screwed on day two

The next day on I got a text message early in the morning telling me not to come to work. Again the guy was having problems.

Again I wasted a half a day with these idiots.

The guy again told me I could start the following Monday, which was a week after I was initially supposed to start the job.

Screwed on day three - I quit

OK so I show up today all ready to work and my boss is there as expected. No problem.

However as I am talking to my boss asking questions he doesn't like it because I am asking a lot of questions.

He says I should know all this stuff.

According to him, over the last week I should have read the manuals on the web and become a expert and know almost everything possible about the software he needs written.

On top of paying me a measly $10 an hour the guy thinks I should have been working for free the last week reading up on his stuff. And he is angry because I have not done that.

After a total of 15 minutes on the job the guy tells me he doesn't think I will work out.

Realizing my boss is a freaking idiot when it comes to writing software I realize my boss is right. I am not going to work out on this job.

Of course that is not because of anything I did, but because my boss is an idiot and probably a jerk.

So I told the guy he was right and that I wasn't going to work out so I would leave.

He was using Notepad++

On the other hand maybe my boss wasn't a complete idiot. He was using notepad++, which I had used before and I think is a nice editor, even if it is for Windows machines.

Maybe he isn't that much of an idiot

My boss was fairly new to programming. For that matter he is a graphic artist and only has a little programming. Hell in the interview he told me he hates programming and that is why he is hiring me.

So I suspect the guy thinks that us software people can magically look at stuff and instantly figure out what is happening and then write the code.

Sorry dude it don't work that way.

If you hand me a bunch of software that is 10,000+ lines of code it is usually going to take me several hours, or even several days of looking at the code before I can understand how it works and start making changes to it.

Sorry I can't look at it and in 15 minutes figure out what is wrong with it and make all the changes to fix it.

I guess the good news is if I had hung out and worked for these folks, based on those unrealistic expectations they would not have been happy with my work and attempted to cheat me out of the measly $10 an hour they wanted to pay me.

The bad news is they will probably hire some junior weenie programmer who is in college or just out of college and screw him.

Maricopa County employees disciplined after probe

According to this article Five Maricopa County employees have resigned, one has been fired and three have been suspended as a result of a Maricopa County internal investigation that found 11 employees may have violated county ethics policies and state law by improperly accepting gifts from contracted vendors.

The other agency killed the guy, not us!!!!!

According this article The Phoenix Police and Maricopa County Sheriff are both denying responsibility for the beating of a man on life support in the Maricopa County Jail. The other agency must have beaten up the guy.

While the jail has cameras that video tape every tiny corner of the jail, oddly, the video tapes magically walk off and disappear whenever cops are accused of beating up inmates.

As of now the tapes have not disappeared, but you can bet they will if cops are accused of beating up and inmate.

Bell police chief makes $457,000 a year.

According to this article the chief of police in Bell, California, which is a suburb of Los Angles, makes $457,000 a year. He only has 46 people in his police department, and according to a series of articles in the LA Times, the cops are move involved in robbing motorists that pass thru the town, then protecting the towns citizens from criminals.

Secrecy defines Obama’s drone war

According to this article American Emperor Obama is keeping all the details of the murders committed with his drones secret. Obama who ran on a platform of more open government sure sounds like he wants to run a closed secret government just like Emperor George W. Bush did.

Billions for military spy programs???

Spying on North Korea - How much does it cost???

Does the American Empire really need to spend what must be billions of dollars on these spy programs? I doubt it. I suspect the spy programs are mostly jobs programs for generals, along with pork for the military industrial complex.

Android Phones, Android OS, Android O/S

I initially thought that the For more info check out this Android Phones were a propriety phone made by some vendor. I was wrong and Android Phones are not a phone but generic operating system for phones. Currently I think it's like Linux, but I could be wrong.

Feds: Censor reports on lab-made 'bird flu'

According to this article Uncle Sam wants to censor research on bird flu.

I suspect this is one of the reasons the Founders passed the 1st Amendment to guarantee the People freedom of speech.

SB 1070 Alabama style

From this article it seems like our government rulers across the world give the Constitutions that limit their power the same respect they would give a roll of toilet paper.

They pretty much do what they want irregardless of the Constitutions that are supposed to limit their power.

Don't you dare vacuum while I am home

Click here to see the last dumb thing the jerk did.

Don't you dare vacuum while I am home, it drives me frigging nuts. Don't you have any respect for me??? What is your problem woman?????

Look I understand that you work 40 hard hours a week to support me, so I can stay home and do nothing.

But if you are going to clean the house when you are at home on the weekends please don't do it while I am home.

I just can't stand the frigging noise!

Can't you find some other house work to do while I am home and wait till I leave before you do the vacuuming?

Well maybe the Jerk thinks that woman are 3rd class citizens and should wait on him hand and foot, but the rest of us don't.

If I was in her place I would throw the bum out!!!

Obama's Christmas Card Sucks???

Petty Sarah Palin thinks Obama's Christmas card sucks according to this article.

Look Sarah, Obama sucks because he wants to turn America into a socialist police state while he helps his socialist friends steal our tax dollars for themselves.

Obama's stupid Christmas card has nothing to do with why Obama is a Jerk!

Socialist parasites love rent control laws

Here is an interesting article about a rent control lawsuit in New York City. I guess socialist, parasites love rent control laws because the laws allow them to live dirt cheap at somebody else's expense (the landlords).

The article correctly points out that the rent control laws effectively force landlords to give welfare to their tenants.

The Police are at war with the people of America

Sadly this article talks about how the American police have turned into a military force that is at war with the American citizens they pretend to protect.

Sadly the "war on drugs" and the "war on terrorism" which is really an extension of the "war on drugs" have turned Amerika into a police state.

If you love the police state say "Heil Bush, Heil Obama, Heil Hitler".

Police Officers are paid very well

According to this article cops in Pinal County start at $47,000. Man that is very good pay for a job that doesn't even require a high school diploma.

Dumb guys (legislators) beat the rap

Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery was placed in a no-win situation when he was asked to investigate the politicians (men and women, Republicans and Democrats) who accepted trips and other goodies from folks at the Fiesta Bowl and then didn’t file the proper paper work on financial disclosure forms.

In order to convict any of them of a crime, Montgomery had to prove that the lawmakers “knowingly” violated the law.

The legislators, in turn, only had to argue that they were too dumb to understand the law that they themselves wrote.

That was no problem.

(Honestly, who among us wouldn't believe that?)

The solution here is simple. A total ban. If you are in public office you take absolutely nothing.

They already give themselves a per diem. So, buy your own meals, your own drinks, your own game tickets and airline tickets and EVERYTHING else.

Sort of like the rest of us.

So that there are no more excuses.

Particularly ones that allow the dumb guys to win.

Vindication for our junketeers?

Source

Vindication for our junketeers?

Maricopa County Bill Montgomery spent two hours this morning explaining why he won't be filling any charges against anybody in the Fiesta Bowl case.

Not Russell Pearce with his $40,000 worth of trips.

Not Ben Arredondo with his thousands of dollars in Super Bowl tickets.

Not anyone.

Bottom line: lots of weasel language in the laws and terrible record keeping by the Fiesta Bowl allows our resident legislative junketeers to escape any criminal charges.

The question is, will they escape the wrath of the voters?

Source

Legislators outsmart themselves, prosecutors and us.

Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery got outsmarted by a bunch of dumb guys.

Legislators. Gift-taking, trip-taking, we-thought-we-were-following-the-rules-when-we-sn apped-up-all-this-cool-swag-from-the-Fiesta-Bowl legislators.

Can't blame the county prosecutor for what happened. He had no chance against the other politicians.

Montgomery's office put in months of investigations at who knows how much cost and came up with nada. Zilch.

What we got instead from the prosecutor was a call for reform.

Well, duh.

Ya think?

Montgomery decided in the end he could not prove that any of the lawmakers who made out like bandits during the glory days of Fiesta Bowl gift-giving "knowingly" violated the law.

That little word, “knowingly,” was a legislative get-out-of-jail-free card.

Montgomery would have had to prove that lawmakers knew were doing.

(Stop laughing.)

There’s a first time for everything.

He would have had to stand before are a jury of ordinary citizens and say, “Ladies and gentlemen, the only way that you can acquit these individuals is if you believe that they that they wrote and approved reporting laws that they themselves were too dumb to understand.”

To which any decent defense attorney simply would have stood up and said, “Exactly!”

And won.

"Sure, we had incidents where people amended their disclosure statements,” Montgomery said of his investigation. “None of that assisted us in establishing whether or not they knew at the time of their (original) filing. They had to know at the time they filed it that it was incomplete or false."

State lawmakers accepted trips from the Fiesta Bowl to places like Chicago, Boston and Dallas, most often passing up an opportunity to stay at a luxurious Motel 6 in order to crash, for free, at a hovel like the Ritz-Carlton.

Oh, and bring along their spouses and families.

State law says that legislators can't accept freebies to sporting or cultural events unless the entire Legislature, a legislative chamber or a full committee is invited.

As if somehow allowing outside interests to buy off the entire legislature is better than allowing them to buy them off one at a time.

A rule like that might not be so dumb if your goal was to find a way to make it legal to accept gifts.

It actually might be very smart, in a somewhat diabolical way.

Montgomery had a lot of material to work with. After the Republic's Craig Harris reported on what was going on at the Fiesta Bowl, the people at the bowl investigated and release their own 276-page report back in March.

It was a juicy read, full of corruption, influence peddling and even strip clubs.

Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne tossed that political hot potato to Montgomery. We all were.

Among those who would have been prime targets for the county attorney were former Senate President Russell Pearce, a Republican (like Montgomery.)

Pearce accepted tickets, trips and other stuff that amounted to close to $40,000. There were Democrats who also cashed in. With roughly two dozen politicians having accepted one thing or another.

Montgomery understands how regular people would believe that something fishy was going on with these politicians.

“I understand the appearance of impropriety argument, and how it can be reported," Montgomery said. "But there's a difference ... in what it looks like and what we can do as prosecutors. They had to know at the time they filed it that it was incomplete or false.”

His solution – the only solution – is a complete ban on gifts.

As he put it to one reporter, a lawmaker should be able to accept "nothing - you can accept a handshake and that's it."

The only problem with that proposal is that the ban would have to be written into law and approved by many of the same people who violated the old law, men and women whose ironclad defense was their own ignorance.

I wonder if legislators would try to slip the word “knowingly” into the new law. For example: “A legislator cannot knowingly accept any gift.”

That would be clever, and might even provide another get-out-of-jail-free card. If they were to do something like that we might actually have to say that they're not dumb at all but very smart, in a somewhat diabolical way.

Naaaaaah.

Kid you look illegal!!!!

Sheriff Joe Arapaio as Santa Claus - Kid, you got brown skin and look illegal

People are fed up with the Republicans and Democrats!!!!

According to this article voters are leaving the Republican and Democratic parties in droves.

Of course if you ask me their ain't a dimes difference between the Republicans and Democrats. They both stand for more government, and a bigger police state. They both are using government to loot the taxpayers wallet and give the stolen money to the special interest groups that helped them get elected.

He's considered Sheriff Bully

Sheriff Joe Arpaio's reign of terror is now being covered by the Los Angeles Times.

In this article the LA Times calls Sheriff Joe Arpaio Sheriff Bully.

How to Control Libya Missiles? Buy Them Up

The reals solution to this problem if for the American Empire to get out of our self proclaimed role of being the worlds cop.

While our American rulers views them selves as the world policemen, most other people in the world view the American Empire and American military as a gang of jackbooted thugs that terrorizes the rest of the world.

Senator Charles Schumer wants to jail caffeine users

According to this article New York Democrat Senator Charles Schumer wants to jail caffeine users and make caffeine illegal New York Democrat Senator Charles Schumer wants to make caffeine illegal.

I suspect if police state tyrant Senator Charles Schumer has his way first caffeine inhalers will be illegal, and then laws will follow making coffee, tea and cola drinks illegal.

Which will be followed by tossing millions of otherwise law abiding citizens into prison for the crime of being dangerous caffeine addicts.

16,000 American mercenaries to control Iraq

Obama's claim that the American military is leaving Iraq while technially correct is still a big lie. The American Empire will still have 16,000 American mercenaries in Iraq to prop up the American puppet government.

The American government is pretending they will be employees of the American Embassy in Iraq.

Mexico's Rocky Point shaken by earthquake

Dec. 23, 2011 07:13 AM

Associated Press

A 4.7 magnitude earthquake has rattled Rocky Point, Mexico, Friday. The U.S. Geological Survey in Golden, Colo., reports the earthquake struck about 5:32 a.m. in the Gulf of California 40 miles south of Rocky Point and 208 miles south, southwest of Phoenix.

KOLD-TV in Tucson reports some people in the Mexican seaside resort town felt the shaking. No major damage is reported.

The quake was relatively shallow at 6.2 miles beneath the sea floor but likely not powerful enough for extensive visible damage.

Solstice - Shortest day of the year

Yesterday was the solstice or the shortest day of the year. The good news is the days will start getting a little bit longer each day.

The bad news is that we still have 3 more months of winter and it is going to get colder, even though the days are getting longer with more sunshine.

We won't have any good 100°F+ weather until April, unless we have some record breaking weather in March and hit 100°F+ which has only happened once in the history of Phoenix.

I hate cold weather.

I saw that tall guy at the bus stop on Ray & Arizona

While I was riding my bike I saw that tall guy at a bus stop in Chandler on Ray Road and Arizona Avenue.

He remembered me.

Only terrorists have cupcakes

According to this article the morons at the Homeland Security's TSA are now seizing cupcakes of people that board planes.

Apparently the morons at the TSA think that cupcakes are deadly weapons terrorists can use to crash planes.

On the other hand I suspect the TSA agent was just hungry and wanted to steal the woman's cupcake for himself.

According to this article the courts have rules that Sheriff Joe's goons can't stop people simply because they have brown skin and make them prove they are not illegal aliens!

Swimming & Boating in the Santa Cruz River??

Last time I was down in Tucson I took a walk down the Santa Cruz River looking for the scorpions and rattle snakes that live on the dry river bottom. Of course dont' tell that to the morons at the EPA, they think the river has water in it and is navaigable. Yea, sure you can go boating and swimming in the sand on the Santa Cruz river according to this article.

In Phoenix during World War II we had a POW camp in Papago Park and some of the German's saw a map indicating that the Salt River was a few miles away.

The built a raft, which they planned to use to float down the Salt River to Mexico when they escaped.

Of course they were a little surprised after they escaped and discovered that the Salt River doesn't have any water in it.

The great WWII POW escape from Papago Park

Here is an article about the great POW escape from Papago Park in World War II. Of course it didn't work out as planned when the Germans discovered that the Salt River was just a dry river filled with sand, scorpions and rattlesnakes.

A double standard for police officers

Every now and then civilians are arrested for when they leave their dogs in a car and the dog dies from the summer heat.

Of course when the cops do the same thing they are never arrested. Well except in this case.

This is clearly a double standards where our government masters are not forced to obey the same laws us serfs are expected to obey.

Personally I think it is an act of stupidity, not a crime, when a person leaves an animal in a hot car and the animal dies. I don't think anybody should be arrested for this.

We won the Iraq war just like Vietnam???

Sadly the self proclaimed American victories in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars will almost certainly be lost like the self proclaimed American victory in the Vietnam war.

According to this article Ron Paul might be a closet racist!!!!

It's sad to see Ron Paul might be a racist.

On the other hand based on Ron Paul's consistent voting record for the past 20 years against big government and for personal freedom, I would still vote for him even if he is a closet racist.

5th Amendment is null and void

From this article in sounds like FBI agents consider the Bill of Rights a piece of toilet paper they use to wipe their *sses with.

Of course from my personal experience every time I have told the police that I was taking the 5th and refusing to answer their questions their response was always the same, something to the effect that

They were the police and I didn't have any stinking constitutional rights, and I had better answer their questions or I would be punished severely".

In Vietnam the American Empire declared victory, but that was a big lie. As the American Empire was pulling it's troops out of Vietnam, the country fell to the Vietnamese freedom fighters.

Looks like the same thing is happening in Iraq according to this article.

False arrests are a routine thing in Los Angeles!!!

According to this article false arrests in Los Angeles County are a rather routine thing.

For years our government masters have told us that they would rather have 1,000 guilty people released from prisons, then have one innocent person do time.

Of course that is a big lie. From this article it seems like our government masters would rather have 1,000 innocent people do time in prison, then have one guilty person accidentally released.

Government is the "problem", not the solution to the problem.

Your “Right to Travel”

The US government signed on to the United Nations “Universal Declaration of Human Rights”, which says:
Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each State. Everyone has the right to any country, including their own, and return to his country”.
This is from an article titled “Restraining Orders” by Andrew P. Napolitano in the January 2012 issue of Reason Magazine. (Here is my copy of the article)

The importance of the U.S. signing the UN treaty on “Universal Declaration of Human Rights” is because the U.S. Constitution says that treaties made by the American government have precedence over all other laws passed by Congress. (Here is my copy of the declaration)

Of course in the America Empire laws that give us serfs rights are routinely overruled and disregard by the government.

The folks at Reason Magazine wrote the article because the American Police state has suppressed our right to free travel with the "drug war" and "war on terrorism", which is mostly evident by the TSA thugs at airports shaking down travelers for weapons and illegal drugs, in addition to stealing trivial items from travelers like fingernail files, toe nail clippers and hand lotion.

Truant piggies hunt down dangerous class skippers

These fearless cops hunt down dangerous grade school children who skip a class or two. They wear body-armor and are armed with pepper-spray. Of course it ain't about educating the kiddies, it's about the money.

Government schools get $5,000 for each child that is enrolled in the school and a child who ditches class cuts into the schools revenue, which is why these fearless piggies hunt down these pint sized class skipping criminals. Read more here.

Magic dirt cures cancer? Yea, sure!

New Mexico pilgrimage site called 'Lourdes of America'

According to this article you can buy a cup of blessed dirt at this religious sit for $3 a cup and it will cure your cancer or whatever else ails you.

Solyndra - Bribes for corporate welfare???

Opps, I am sorry, our government masters in Washington D.C. don't like the word "bribes", the preferred word is "campaign contributions".

Either way, campaign contributions or bribes sure looks like they worked to help Solyndra screw the taxpayers out of a half billion dollars in this article.

Issues? Who cares about the issues!!! We need a negative sound bite!

In this article we find out that when it comes to getting elected the candidates could care less about telling us about how they stand on the issues, but would prefer to use negative sound bites to make their rivals look bad.

What's a chamber pot???

A chamber pot is a bowl-shaped container with a handle, and often a lid, kept in the bedroom under a bed or in the cabinet of a nightstand and generally used as a urinal at night.

The introduction of inside water closets started to displace chamber pots in the 19th century but such pots were in common use until the mid-20th century.

Chamber pots continue in use today in countries lacking indoor plumbing such as rural areas of China.

A chamber pot is a small pot, usually ceramic, designed to fit under a bed or in a discreet close stool. Chamber pots are not as widely used as they once were, having largely been replaced by indoor toilets. However, in the era when going to the bathroom involved a trek to the outdoors, people who needed to go to the bathroom at night would use the chamber pot to urinate, and empty it in the morning. In homes which had a household staff, a maid would empty the chamber pots as part of her morning chores.

Definition of CHAMBER POT

: a bedroom vessel for urination and defecation

Our government masters pay themselves very well

According to this articles Federal government employees are paid very well. And of course the Congressmen and Senators that set the Federal pay levels also pay themselves very well. U.S. Senators and U.S. Congressmen pay themselves $174,000 a year.

They take a months vacations every year at Christmas time which means they get the $174,000 for working a measly 11 months a year.

I googled and found several sites that say that the U.S. Congress is only in session for about 123 days out of the 365 days in a year. That means our Congressmen and Senators get paid a measly $1,380 for each day they work, or pretend to work.

Of course most Congressmen will tell you that they work full time. Of course if you ask them for the nitty gritty details of what "full time" work is and if they honestly answer they will tell you that "full time" work for a Congressman means going out raising millions in campaign contributions (a politically correct word for bribes) from special interest groups, which they pass laws for.

Android Phones

Here is some useless information on Android phones.

Don't cheat on your wife, or else!!!!

According to this article Colene Barker drove over cheating husband during an argument stemming from the man's alleged infidelity.

Tempe Canal Twin Pipes

This article talks about the secret underground canal that starts where the Tempe Canal ends near Mesa Community College and resurfaces at the Western Canal near Guadalupe Road and the Price Freeway.

I knew the canal went underground, but I had no idea where it went, other then a vague guess, which I know was wrong after reading this article.

Tempe Canal twin pipes from Mesa Community College to the Western Canal

$48.8 million for corporate welfare in Scottsdale???

According to this article the Scottsdale government rulers want to give out $48.8 million for corporate welfare for a silly Desert Discovery Center project. The Scottsdale rulers give us the usual BS that this will create gazillions of jobs in Scottsdale and bring gazillions of tourists to Scottsdale, when in reality all it will do is steal $48.8 million from the taxpayers of Scottsdale and give it to the special interest groups that helped the Scottsdale rulers get elected.

Obama prized murder weapon - drones!!!!

When it comes to being a war monger Emperor Obama is pretty much a carbon copy clone of Emperor Bush. According to this article Emperor Obama is building a fleet of drones to use to murder his enemies. Ain't American great, at least that is what Obama will tell you. The rest of us think America is the worlds largest police state that has easily surpassed our prior rivals of Russia and China.

What's your share of the National Debt? $55,000? $222,000?

According to this article Emperor Obama wants to increase the National Debt by $1.2 trillion and raise the National Debt to $16.4 trillion from $15.2 trillion.

OK, those numbers are impossible to grasp for most people. Maybe as easier way to understand how much of your money the Federal government is stealing and spending is to ask what is your share of the National Debt?

The answer is for every man, woman and child in the USA, you owe about $55,000 towards the National Debt. That means that mythical family of four owes about $222,000 towards the National Debt.

Fireplace cops terrorize Bay Area citizens

Messy yard cops? Not this time! This time it's the fireplace piggies that are terrorizing Bay Area citizens who burn wood in their fireplaces during the Christmas holidays according to this article. Jesus don't these piggies have any real criminals to hunt down????

Socialists want to shoot down Prop 13

According to this article the tax and spend socialists in California want to have Prop 13 declared unconstitutional. Of course I would love to have taxes declared unconstitutional.

Russia slams US for its human rights record

As an American I think Russia is right! The American Empire has replaced both Russia and China as the worlds premier police state. In this article Russia slams US for its human rights record.

Of course the Russian rulers are pretty much doing to old "Do as I say, not as I do" line which the American Empire routinely gives to the rest of the world.

Real smart slime computers

In this article some Japanese folks want to use slime to create some really smart computers.

Drug war violence creeping into Mexico City

According to this article the drug war violence from the American "war on drugs" and Felipe Calderon's "war on drugs" is slowly entering Mexico City.

Of course the drug war violence could be stopped over night by simply ending the illegal and unconstitutional American war on drugs. Most people don't know it, but the world wide "war on drugs" was created by the America government as we bribed countries around the world to support our insane, illegal and unconstitutional war on drugs.

Fireworks laws unconstitutional???

This article says using fireworks is illegal in a number of east valley cities. I suspect any laws making fireworks illegal to use or possess are violation our 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms.

Federal cops try to entrap me???

When I got the email mentioned in this article I thought it was sent by Federal cops who were trying to trick me into committing a crime by accepting money for a refund to a newspaper subscription which I never ordered.

I figured it was by that idiots Mr. Light on Liberty who is a self proclaimed hater of Libertarians and is probably a cop who works for the government.

I was surprised today to find out it was a mistake by the New York Times who also sent the letter to 8 million other people.

Last but not least I should say I don't have a shred of evidence to say that Mr. Light on Liberty is a cop, but I do suspect it.

Unlike David Dorn I am not going to start spreading lies about people when I don't have any evidence that what I am saying is true.

It is a fact that Mr. LOL hates Libertarians. But I even thought I suspect Mr. LOL is a cop who works for the Federal government or perhaps some state government I don't have a sherd of evidence to back up that theory.

10 years ago Ernie Hancock told me that David Dorn was spreading lies that I was a government snitch and I have been very angry about it ever since then.

Humor about the crooks in DC who rob Americans blind

In this article they talk about a comic group called "The Steps" in Washington D.C. who make fun of the Congressmen and Senators who on a daily basis rob Americans and give the stolen loot to themselves and the special interest groups that helped them get elected.

You would figure that since the First Amendment was flushed down the toilet years ago that these comedians would be locked up and sent to a nice warm prison in Guantanamo, Cuba.

But that's not the case. The article says most of these Congressional crooks in Washington D.C. have egos the size of Texas and get up set when "The Steps" leave out their names as they mock the crooks in DC.

Ron Paul doesn't sling the BS like the other crooks in DC!!!!

The socialists at the New York Times decided to check Ron Paul's voting record with his campaign statements.

I suspect they wanted to throw some dirt on Libertarian leaning Ron Paul.

The good news according to the article is that Ron Paul votes just like he talks. Ron Paul doesn't sling the BS like the other crooks in Washington D.C.

Normally I would take any political statement made by a socialist newspaper like the New York Times with a grain of salt, but I think Ron Paul should be proud of what the socialists at the New York Times have to say about him which is:

"Paul has distinguished himself as the most consistent candidate in the GOP field. He votes according to his principles almost 100 percent of the time, establishing a reputation as an uncompromising representative. In short, voters know exactly what to expect from him -- which should make it easy to decide whether to vote for him."
It's too bad some of the hypocrite, wanna be Libertarians in Arizona don't behave like Ron Paul.

Of course these hypocrite, wanna be Libertarians in Arizona never have been Libertarians and should go back to the Republic party where they came from.

Iraq war a jobs program for Generals

Ever since we invaded Afghanistan and Iraq I have called the wars a jobs program for overpaid and unneeded generals, along with being a corporate welfare program for the military industrial complex.

In this article our government masters tell us they are going to reduce the number of unneeded and over paid generals and admirals by 10 percent over the next 5 years.

Yea, sure. I will believe it when I see it.

Drug warriors declare war on fake marijuana

According to this article our fearless drug warriors have expanded the illegal and unconstitutional drug war to include the fake marijuana drug called "spice".

If you ask me the "drug war" is a war on the "Bill of Rights", a war on the American people in addition to being a jobs program for the over paid police thugs that enforce the unconstitutional "drug war".

You have a right to a fair trial? Don't make me laugh!!!!!

Justice and Prosecutorial Misconduct

If you think you will get a fair trial and an unbiased jury you are almost certainly wrong!!! Sure on paper you have constitutional rights, but the way the system works these constitutional rights are routinely flushed down the toilet by crooked prosecutors and crooked cops!

Read more about prosecutorial misconduct in this New York Times article.

Welfare program continues for military industrial complex

Despite the alleged end of the Iraq war the American welfare program for businesses in the military industrial complex involved in the Iraq war continues according to this article in the New York Times.

Don't be surprised if the ruling Iraqi Shiites use these weapons to commit genocide against the minority Sunnis.

But don't worry the American Empire will almost certainly support anything Prime Minister Nuri Kamal al-Maliki does, because he is the leader of the American puppet government in Iraq. After all even if he is a third world dictator, he is "our" dictator. Well, Obama's dictator at least.

Even if I am an American I don't support the Iraq war and the American war crimes in Iraq.

No justice for poor people

When the government has almost unlimited resources to prosecute and persecute unemployed, poor people, who are locked in a jail cells because they can't make bond, it is almost certain the alleged criminals won't be able to defend themselves adequately or get a fair trail.

This article addresses that issue in murder cases in Philadelphia.

Arizona has become the Alabama of the 21st century???

According to this article more and more people are demanding that Sheriff Joe Arpaio resign.

Is being a police officer a dangerous job???

In this article police officers seem to want us to think that they are heroes who risk their lives to protect us on a daily basis. Is that true? Or is it a big lie cops use to justify higher salaries?

Thieves helping thieves at the IRS

According to this article a total of 331 inmates were serving prison terms when they got active or provisional tax preparer tax identification numbers from the IRS. I wonder why the thieves at the IRS are upset that criminals in prison are helping them rob Americans???

North Korea Photo Shop

In this article they include a photo of the funeral of North Korea's last dictator which had been altered by PhotoShop to make it "picture perfect". I guess dictators are real concerned about their image. The photo contains the image released by the North Korean government along with an almost identical photo shot by a Japanese journalist.

I guess it is not big deal. Most governments do it because they want the serfs they rule over to think that their government masters have almost God like qualities.

Photos from North Korea funeral which were edited with Photo Shop

A code of silence by crooked cops?

The police and government do a very good job of brainwashing people into thinking the police are not corrupt. But most police agencies are corrupt to the core. In this article they are considering allowing secret testimony by guards in the LA County jail to counteract a code of silence among jail deputies.

Telecom customers may sue government over wiretapping

According to this article the government has been illegally tapping, bugging or listening to the phone calls of literally millions of their customers with out a legal search warrant or court order to bug the customers phone.

That is why I use phones as little as possible. It is a trivial task for our government masters to listen in on our phone calls.

Our government masters also know each and every phone number you dial. All you have to do is read the transcripts from trials, lie the OJ trial where they knew minute by minute each and every phone number OJ dialed.

Using drones to kill brown skinned folks for fun and profit

I have always called the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan a jobs program for generals along with a corporate welfare programs for the companies in the military industrial complex.

And of course this drone program which the American Empire has used to murder a few thousand folks in Iraq, Afghanistan and other parts of the world is part of that welfare program.

Lets face it, it's not about freedom and democracy in Iraq and Afghanistan, it's about jobs for generals and profits for companies in the military industrial complex.

Read more about it here.

Glendale - F*ck the public records laws! We are royal government rulers!!!

According to this article the royal rulers of the city of Glendale, Arizona consider themselves above the pubic records laws. In this case Judge Robert Myers says that Glendale should have turned over the public records to the Goldwater Institute.

The Goldwater Institute routinely sues government tyrants who violate the law and the Constitution.

Sanctions against Iran are 'acts of war'

According to this article Ron Paul says that sanctions against Iran are 'acts of war'. I will certainly agree with him on that.

Back when the American Empire had sanctions against Iraq, not Iran, an estimated 100,000 people died in Iraq because the American blockades prevented Iraqi citizens from getting food or medical services which could have kept them alive.

4 more years of Terry Goddard!!!! Oh no!!!

According to this article Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton views government tyrant Terry Goddard as a model for his role of Phoenix Mayor. Oh no! We are doomed to 4 more years of tyranny in Phoenix government.

4 more years of Mayor Paul Johnson!!!! Oh no!!!

According to this article Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton views government tyrant Paul Johnson as a model for his role of Phoenix Mayor. Oh no! We are doomed to 4 more years of tyranny in Phoenix government.

I'm being followed around

I suspect the government is having civilians follow me around. That way if they arrest me they I can't complain that I was illegally searched violating my 4th Amendment right, or that I was forced to answer questions violating my 5th Amendment rights.

The courts have routinely ruled that when the police get civilians to violated a persons constitutional rights that some how it is OK, because the cops didn't actually do the violation. Even though the cops asked the civilians to violate the persons constitutional rights.

It's pretty much like they are doing in the current "war on terror".

The FBI arrests some Arab or Muslim guy they think is a criminal. But they don't have a shred of evidence to convict the guy with.

So they fly the guy to Egypt, Syria or some other third world country where they have the local cops beat the sh*t out of the guy and get him to confess to whatever the FBI has accused him of.

Then of course after they have coerced a confession out of the guy, they fly him back to the USA and put him on trial.

Then in the USA the courts up hold the confession the FBI got out of the guy by having some pigs in a 3rd world country beat him up.

If the guy claims the confession was illegally coerced the FBI says, we didn't force the guy to confess, it was the Egyptian Secret Police who questioned him and got the confession.

Use folks at the FBI are just using that confession in good faith.

And sadly the courts allow the insanity to happen.

On Sunday I will become homeless again. I guess that is a good way to ditch these folks the government is having follow me around.

$300 million to execute one person????

In this editorial in the San Jose Mercury News it says that the 13 inmates have been executed in California in the past 34 years, at a cost of nearly $4 billion.

Wow!!!! That means each execution cost the taxpayers of California over $300 million! It sure is expensive to let politicians get their jollies murdering suspected criminals.

You want a police report? Don't make me laugh

According to this article the cops on the New York City Police Department don't like to take police reports, because it makes the crime rate look high.

The article didn't say it, but I suspect cops would rather be shaking down people for trivial crimes which raise revenue for the cops. Like randomly stopping people with brown skin and searching them for illegal drugs. Now screw the police reports which don't raise revenue, busting people for the victimless crime of possessing pot does raise revenue.

Rob the rich, give to the poor?

I suspect that Obama views himself as Robin Hood. Of course the main reason he is robbing the rich and giving the stolen loot to the poor is to help himself get reelected in 2012. Read more here.

China murders 11 people a day

According to this article the government rulers of China execute or murder more then 4,000 people every year. That is about 11 executions or murders every day.

Maricopa County purchasing employees take bribes?

Will a $100 gift will get you a million dollar contract??? I don't know??? According to this article there is some strange stuff going on in the Maricopa County purchasing department. Are Maricopa County employees taking bribes? I don't know!!!

Accounts of Iraq Massacre, Saved From Junkyard Flames

This is a rather strange article which says a lot of secret documents relating to a suspected murder of Iraqi civilians by American soldiers were found being burnt in a junk yard.

Half of schools fail federal standards

According to this article Nearly half of America’s public schools didn’t meet federal achievement standards this year, marking the largest failure rate since the much-criticized No Child Left Behind Law took effect a decade ago.

If you ask me it's time to get rid of the failing government schools which don't educate our children and replace them with private schools.

Of course that also means to stop taxing the krap out of Americans to pay for these p*ss poor schools that don't educate children and let the parents pay for the education of their kids.

If parents have to pay for the education of their children they will probably spend their money much wiser then the current government bureaucrats who are usually not held accountable for failing to educate our children.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio - tyrant and criminal

Here are some articles on Sheriff Joe Apraio who is probably one of the biggest government tyrants and criminals in America.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio runs the Maricopa County Sheriff's department, which terrorizes the citizens of the Phoenix, Arizona metro area.

Killing brown skinned folks for profit and fun

Here are some articles on military drones, which the military uses to kill innocent brown skinned folks in Afghanistan and Iraq for fun and profit.

Hell the American is even using drones to murder civilians for dictators in Yemen and other countries.

Of course the bottom line is providing jobs for well paid generals and generating lots of corporate welfare for businesses in the military industrial complex.

Federal Employees are paid very well

In this article we find out that our government masters pay themselves very well. Hell, they pay themselves much better then the taxpayers who are forced to pay their salaries.

Remember that blowhard who is your U.S. Senator or U.S. Congressman gets paid $174,000 a year for those long 4 hour days he works.

Sure working a 4 hour day is a tough job, but when you work less then 200 days a year it's not as hard as it seems.

A vote for Ron Paul is a vote for freedom

Here are a large number of articles about the Presidential candidate Ron Paul.

If you are a socialist who expects to live off of the government you will probably hate Ron Paul.

But if you are tired of the government thieves stealing your money and micromanaging your life you will probably love Ron Paul.

What is a good job for criminals?

I have always said an ideal job for a criminal is either as an elected official or a police officer. In both cases criminals can continue their criminal careers with little hope of being punished for the crimes they commit.

This article is kind of an off shoot on that theme. In the article prison inmates are registering with the IRS as tax preparers.

Ron Paul: a force to be reckoned with

Want freedom? Vote for Ron Paul! More on this.

Harassment claim against legislator settled in secret

Our government masters usually have a double standard on what happens to them when they commit crimes, versus what happens to use serfs when we commit crimes.

Read more in this article on how this applies to Sen. Roderick Wright of California.

ID errors put hundreds in Los Angeles County jails

Our government masters tell us that they would rather have 1,000 guilty persons released from jail then have one innocent person sent to prison.

That is an outright lie and thousands of innocent people are routinely falsely arrested according to this article about the Los Angeles County Jail.

We spend big bucks on Military Spy programs

Does the American Empire really need to spend what must be billions of dollars on these spy programs? I doubt it. I suspect the spy programs are mostly jobs programs for generals, along with pork for the military industrial complex. All which is unneeded. Read more about it here.

Truant piggies hunt down dangerous class skippers

If you think it's about educating the children, it isn't. It's mostly about raising revenue for the bureaucrats that run schools.

You see every time a child ditches school that cuts into the revenue that the government bureaucrats that run the schools get.

Read more about it here.

Blessed dirt cures cancer? Yea, sure!!!!!

A sucker is born every minute. And the religious nut jobs are well aware of that fact and make lots of money selling scared dirt that will cure all your ills according to this article.

Secrecy defines Obama’s drone war

Emperor Obama murder weapon is drones and he wants us to know as little as possible about his drone warfare as this article says.

Sounds like we are losing the Iraq war, just like we lost Vietnam!!!

I think it was about a week or less after the American Empire announced our victory in the Vietnam war when South Vietnam fell to the communists or government rulers claimed we defeated. In this article it sure sounds like our victory in Iraq is taking the same path our victory in Vietnam took.

Bribes for corporate welfare???

I'm sorry I didn't mean to offend any of you honest law abiding crooks in Congress, but I guess I should have said campaign contributions for corporate welfare. That's the politically correct way of saying bribes.

In this article you see all you have to do is grease the hands of a few elected officials with a few thousand dollars in bribes, opps, I mean campaign contributions and you can get millions back in returns. Read more about Solyndra and how politics infused Obama energy programs.

Entrapped by Mr. Light on Liberty???

When I got an email offering to give me a refund to a subscription I never paid for or ordered from the New York Times I thought it was Mr. Light on Liberty or some other jackbooted federal thug trying to get me to commit a crime.

It wasn't. It was a screw up by the New York Times who incorrectly send a refund letter to 8 million email addresses instead of the 300 emails it was supposed to send. Read more about it in these articles.

North Korea caught in Photo Shop propaganda trick

This really isn't a big deal. Our government masters do it all the time. But in this article we see before and after images of a propaganda photo released by North Korea to glorify their great leader Kim Jong-Il.

Bottom line is our government masters routinely make up lies to make themselves look like heroes.

Any time you hear wonderful claims about your government masters do a little research before believing them.

Anonymous testimony at issue in probe of L.A. County jail abuse

According to this article the cops in the LA County Jail are so corrupt they are resorting to anonymous testimony by the guards to get to the bottom of the crimes committed by police officers that work there.

Don't expect any crooked piggies to go to jail. These investigations are usually more geared toward making the public think that the system isn't corrupt, instead of firing the crooked cops and putting them in jail.

Obama, an emerging global apparatus for drone killing

In this article we read more about Emperor Obama's use of drones to murder alleged terrorists.

Of course Obama won't say it that way.

I am sure in Obama's mind when the American Empire acts as the arresting cop, the judge, and the jury and passes the death sentence on some brown skinned folks spotted by a military drone, the folks they executed got a fair trial.

Of course I don't agree with that and I don't think the relatives of the thousands of people murdered by American drones in Iraq and Afghanistan agree with that logic either.

Freedom fighters or terrorists????

I guess that is in the eye of the beholder. George Washington was considered a terrorist by the British, but a freedom fighter by the Americans.

In this article we find out that people in Afghanistan are hunting down and killing traitors who kept the American Empire murder innocent Afghanistan citizens.

Are they killing innocent people? Probably! But there crimes are no worse the the crimes of the American government which has murdered thousands of innocent people in Iraq and Afghanistan with our drones.

Norton 360 All-In-One Security - Version 4.0

Does the Norton 360 All-In-One Security package come with a free virus that installs itself on your computer when your protections expires?

It may?

A year ago a person I know installed the Norton 360 All-In-One Security on his computer.

My initial view of it was pretty low. When ever it finds a cookie on your computer it proudly brags that it has nailed a major security threat to your computer. Something which is total BS!!!!

In theory it is impossible for a cookie to harm your computer.

In reality about the most a cookie can do is tell the web site that placed the cookie on your computer a little information about your past visits to their web site.

But the marketing folks at Norton seem to want to convince you otherwise.

Now my friends license to Norton just recently expired.

I was quite surprised to see that at almost the exact same time his license to use Norton expired that he magically got infected with a computer virus.

I suspected that that the folks at Norton intentionally placed the virus on his computer to get him to renew his license to their product.

Of course I don't have a sherd of proof, but the timing and everything else is right to think I had a valid suspicion.

Now if I were Norton and intentionally placed a virus on your computer in an attempt to get you to give the folks at Norton more money what would I do?

I would probably write a virus that is annoying enough to make you renew your license by bothering you all the time.

And of course that is how the virus my friend got works. It doesn't flood your computer with thousands of messages that make it impossible to use your computer. It just gives you an annoying error message every few minutes. Which makes me think that the virus was intentionally put on the computer by the folks at Norton.

Last I wouldn't make the virus so it destroyed all your data and files. If I made the virus a evil destructive virus you might throw the computer away and not bother to renew your subscription or license to the Norton product.

And guess what, the virus my friend got after his license to use Norton expired works just like that. It didn't destroy any files or wipe out any data. Which makes me think that the virus was intentionally put on the computer by the folks at Norton.

Last I would write the virus so that when your renew your license or subscription to use Norton so that the virus magically disappears and stops bother you.

And guess what. When my friend renewed this license or subscription to Norton the virus magically went away.

Well I don't think it magically went away. I suspect that when the folks at Norton got their $60 they erased the virus.

Now as I said before I don't have a sherd of proof that the folks at Norton placed a virus on my computer, but there sure is a lot of circumstantial evidence to support that view.

Arizona flushs your right to a jury trial down the toilet

In this article the state of Arizona has flushed the right to have a trial by jury for people arrested for DUI or DWI down the toilet.

Of course the government laws on DUI are more about raising revenue for the government then making the roads safer. Which is almost certainly why they flushed your right to a jury down the toilet. It's much a lot easier to get a biased judge who gets a cut of the DUI fines to convict you then it is to get a unbiased jury to convict you.

I'm outta here!!!!

Before I leave remember, just because something is legal doesn't make it moral. And just because something is illegal, doesn't make it immoral.

The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are legal, but they are certainly immoral and wrong. Same goes for the death penalty.

The millions of people who commit the victimless crime of using marijuana are certainly criminals by the governments standards. But there is nothing immoral about using marijuana, even if it is illegal.

Rep. Gabrielle Giffords stepping down

According to this article Gabrielle Giffords is finally quitting Congress.

Fulton Brock won't seek re-election

According to this article Maricopa County Supervisor Fulton Brock won't seek re-election. Good riddance! He is a government tyrant.

Get email addresses from Phoenix City Council Members

I went to the city of Phoenix council members web pages and noticed that almost all of them have a web page that allows you to request to be added to that city council members junk email list.

I made a request for public records to the city of phoenix asking for all these email addresses and I suspect I will be turned down because the council members don't want to share information with people about how they get reelected

but ..... taxpayer dollars are used to send out all those junk emails and taxpayers dollars are used to pay for the web pages that solicit those email addresses so I think the email addresses ARE public records

This is just a reminded to sue the creeps at the city of Phoenix if they don't give me the data requested

Get lost Ernie! You ain't a Libertarian!!!!

Ernie why are you reading this???? Don't you have somebody to go slander for your friend David Dorn???

Get lost you creepy publicity hound. Ernie I finally figured you out. You ain't Libertarian. You just used that as a lame excuse to get all the publicty for yourself.

Check out Chandler Blvd in Ahwatukee

I went on a job interview on 48th Street, half way between Ray Road and Chandler Blvd in Ahwatukee.

It was a pretty interesting area.

I should check out the area along Chandler Blvd and Ray Road from 48th Street all the way to maybe 7th Street.

Lots of good places that are not government land where a homeless person could sleep.
