Scottsdale Police screw people on public records requests?

According to this article request for public records that are under 25 pages long are supposed to be supplied free of charge.

I suspect the Scottsdale Police Department is not telling people about this and instead putting ALL requests for public records on CDs so they can charge people $5 for each public records request.

Scottsdale Public Records Requests Now Free?

According to this article request for public records that are under 25 pages long are supposed to be supplied free of charge by the city of Scottsdale.

Well I think I was wrong on this. When you are constantly screwed by government, you start thinking that every time you deal with government you are going to be screwed. This time I was wrong.

Check out Chandler Blvd in Ahwatukee

I went on a job interview on 48th Street, half way between Ray Road and Chandler Blvd in Ahwatukee.

It was a pretty interesting area.

I should check out the area along Chandler Blvd and Ray Road from 48th Street all the way to maybe 7th Street.

Lots of good places that are not government land where a homeless person could sleep.

According to this article several Congressmen have taken a group of schoolchildren as hostages. The Congressmen are threatening to kill the schoolchildren unless they receive a large amount of money.

Don't these dumb *ss Congressmen know that they can steal all the money they want by going to the U.S. Treasury Department and printing as much money as they want.

Of course they can't keep the money themselves. The usual practice is to give the printed money to special interest groups that helped them get elected in exchange for campaign contributions.

This may sound like some form of bribery or kickback, but it's just business as usual in Washington D.C.

Who are the bad guys?

According to this article the American Empire is pretty much clueless on who the bad guys are in our little war in Afghanistan.

The real question is why on earth did we invade Afghanistan if we don't even know who the bad guys are.

Of course the real bad guys in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars are from the American Empire. The number one bad guy is former American Emperor George W. Bush, and the current number one bad guy is American Emperor Barak Obama.

The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are nothing more then welfare programs for the special interest groups that helped elect our Senators and Congressmen.

Of course the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are also a jobs program for the Generals and Admirals in the American Empire.

2 storm fronts headed to Phoenix area

by Morgan Sailor - Oct. 3, 2011 11:55 AM

The Arizona Republic-12 News Breaking News Team

Monday could just be the unofficial last day of summer for the Phoenix area with triple-digit temperatures possibly making their last appearance of the year.

Two storm fronts are expected to move through Arizona this week and begin cooling down the Valley.

"This is our first big weather system of the fall season," said Jessica Nolte, a meteorologist for the National Weather Service, who added it "is definitely a sign that seasons are changing now."

A small one on Tuesday will push temperatures down to 90. A much larger front should be coming in from the North and sweeping down the West Coast before reaching Phoenix on Thursday. The daytime high is expected to drop to a balmy 76 degrees for the first time since May.

The two fronts will bring a 20 percent chance of rain, and thunderstorms and gusting wind for Tuesday and Thursday. Dust storms are still possible because of the dry, desert floor, but they shouldn't reach the magnitude of the big thunderstorms that pummeled the Valley throughout the summer.

Another flat tire on my bicycle

I suspect the problem is there is not enough air pressure in the tire and the inner tube slips, which allows the rim to cut into the valve stem.

The last time I fixed my tire I put a new inner tube on it. Of course I always make sure the stem or air valve is at a 90 degree angle from the rim and pointing toward the axle.

After the last fix I noticed after riding my bike a few times that the stem was no longer a nice 90 degrees from the rim but rather at a 45 degree angle.

I got a flat today and sure enough it was because the rim cut into the air valve.

Another storm system moving into Phoenix area

by Brittany Noble - Oct. 5, 2011 10:21 AM

The Arizona Republic-12 News Breaking News Team

A second low-pressure system is expected to usher in more rain tonight to the Phoenix area but without the dust storms that struck the Phoenix area Tuesday.

The system moving in Wednesday night follows a powerful low-pressure system that struck Tuesday, blanketing the area with a thick cloud of dust accompanied by heavy rain to parts of the Valley and cooler temperatures.

The thunderstorm brought nearly a half inch of rain in less than half an hour to parts of Phoenix, according to the National Weather Service.

Other parts of the Valley were pelted with heavy rainfall as well. Some areas of north and central Phoenix received about a tenth of an inch and part of Chandler received about a third, according to the Flood Control District of Maricopa County.

Tuesday's dust storms were a contributing factor to a series of collisions along the Interstate 10, leaving one person dead and several injured.

Wednesday is forecast to be sunny with a high of 85 degrees. Thursday and Friday are expected to be even cooler, bottoming out as low as 75 and 76, respectively. The current low record for Friday is 77, set in 1924.

Saturday and Sunday should return to the 80s, which will start a resurgence of warmer weather next week. Monday and Tuesday are expected to reach above 90 degrees.

The heat could still return, however.

"We have about two and a half more weeks until the heat should be over," said Craig Ellis of the National Weather Service.

The latest recorded 100-degree date in the year was Oct. 23, 2003.

I met Royce Manuel at an exhibit where he was showing off handmade Indian bows and arrows.

The stuff was pretty cool.

The arrowheads were made out of obsidian and jade. He told me that the jade works almost as well as the obsidian. If you didn't already know it obsidian is sharper then steel.

The bows were made out of oak and ceder.

The string used to tie the arrowheads to the arrows and for the bowstrings were made of either plants, I think yucca, or deer body parts. I think sinew?

I even got to shoot the bows maybe 20 times.

The first time I nailed the target dead center. Of course that was beginners luck. All my other shots, except one didn't even hit the target.

You certainly could kill a deer or for that matter a human with one of those handmade bows.

I wonder if the government nannies from the FBI, DEA, BATF and Homeland Security will require you jump thru the Brady Bill nonsense before buying or making a bow and arrow.

A few months ago I was at another Indian exhibit in Mesa chucking Indian spears. That was pretty fun. They had spears and spear throwing tools. Again I hit the target once or twice, but most of the time I missed.

Maricopa County pig threatens to arrest me for asking his name!!

Today is Thursday, October 6, 2011. Just before 1pm today, probably close to 12:55 I went to the Maricopa County small claims or justice of the peace courts in Chandler just off of Chicago Street and Arizona Avenue.

One of the piggies was a real asshole and told me he was going to arrest me because I asked for his name. I don't think the guy was a real pig, he appears to be some type of guard or something.

The pig asked me several times to remove my hat and finally I did.

Later I asked the pig for his name and told him I was going to complain.

The pig refused and after I asked for his name several times the pig told me he was going to arrest me. That is a violation of my rights.

One of the pigs, I think the fat pig, gave me the lame excuse that I had to remove my hat because there were weapons under it.

I didn't bother to explain to the piggie that the 2nd Amendment gives me the right to have weapons. I suspect he didn't care anyhow, after all the mantra of most pigs is I got a gun and a badge and you will do what I say.

They were telling me that what they were doing was legal.

I came back and told them well in that case if what you are doing is legal there shouldn't be a problem if I complain. Your bosses will come back and say what you did was perfectly legal.

The pig who jerked me around and threatened me was a short, skinny, dark skinned guy. Maybe Jewish or Arabic looking. He was wearing glasses.

When I came in he was the guy that was asking me the questions. He was standing in front of the coil.

The other piggy gave me a ticket for the knife I had and I used the name Mark. The ticket number was 999282.

The pig who f*cked with me didn't issue me the ticket. It was the fat pig who was running the x-ray machine.

There was a third pig but I don't remember much about him.

I suspect they have video of the whole encounter. I wonder if they also have audio. That would prove the threats he made

The reason I went to the court was I want to file an injunction against Phoenix Councilman Sal DiCiccio to stop all the junk email he sends me.

As it turns out if it wasn't for the government war on drugs, and the government war on people who are under 21 that drink liquor the ASU cops wouldn't have much to do.

According to these statistics the "war on drugs" along with the "war on booze" is a jobs program for the ASU police. And Ernie, why are you still reading my web page? Get lost jerk!

I vote for Ron Paul is a vote for freedom

Normally I would never recommend that anyone vote for a Republican or a Democrat. In modern times there pretty much isn't a dimes difference between the Republican and Democratic parties. They both want to steal your wallet and enslave you by micromanaging your life.

The exception is Ron Paul. While most politicians will lie and say anything to get you to vote for them Ron Paul consistently talks the way he votes. Which is why he has gotten the nickname of "Dr No." in Congress.

"In 1980, one out of every 749 people in Arizona was behind bars. Today, it's one out of 159 ... Arizona has the highest proportion of people in prison of any state in the West and ranks sixth in the country"

"In 1979, the state spent 4.3 percent of its annual budget on Corrections; this fiscal year, Corrections will take 11.2 percent of the budget"

"This year, the state will spend more than $1 billion to keep prisoners behind bars [That is $156 for every person in the state or about $312 for every adult in the state]"

"Jay Martin Jonas was sentenced to 25 years in prison for selling a marijuana cigarette"

"Milton Berger, who was convicted of possession of child pornography ... [got] 200 years with no parole.

"plea bargains accounted for 95.6 percent of all felony criminal convictions in Maricopa County; only 1.6% of felony criminal cases filed went to trial" [For all practical purposes the "plea bargain" system has flushed our right to a jury trial down the toilet. Yea, you have a right to a jury trail, but if you demand to exercise that right you will be facing a draconian sentence which will probably put you in prison for the rest of your life]

Of course if you listen to what Mike Renzulli says he will tell you that when ever I post articles like this criticizing government I really mean the opposite of what I say.

Nice weather may come back for a week?

According to this article we might have another two days or so of good warm weather in Phoenix before those cold Arizona winters come back
Phoenix area could see triple-digit temperatures this week

by Morgan Sailor - Oct. 10, 2011 10:56 AM

The Arizona Republic-12 News Breaking News Team

Phoenix-area temperatures are expected to creep back up again, and could reach near triple-digits starting on Wednesday.

A high-pressure system that has settled in over the Valley is expected to push temperatures up to 99 or higher by Friday.

"With a forecast of 99, it's possible we could hit 100 on either day," said Valerie Meyers from the National Weather Service, who added that if it gets even two degrees warmer then it could set a record.

The record-high temperatures for Wednesday through Friday of this week range from 100 to 103 degrees.

This October is beginning to resemble the same month last year, which started out hot before dipping down to 87 then popping back up to reach a record high of 100 on October 14. That was the last day of 2010 that the Valley saw triple digits.

"It's a very similar pattern," said Meyers, adding "we're flirting around with those record highs again."

Skies are expected to remain dry and clear throughout the beginning of the week, but a low-pressure system moving in towards the weekend could bring increased cloud cover and temperatures that are a few degrees cooler.

Higher-than-normal temps to stay throughout weekend

by Morgan Sailor - Oct. 14, 2011 08:08 AM

The Arizona Republic-12 News Breaking News Team

The Phoenix area could come close to tying or breaking the record high of 100 degrees for this date, and temperature highs probably will hover close to that throughout the weekend.

A high-pressure system has been building over the Valley, which has brought clear skies to the desert. The forecast high is 99 degrees, but the lack of moisture combined with heat could be enough to push the temperature up to the record high.

"Today would be the best chance of tying or breaking," said Chris Kuhlman, a meteorologist for the National Weather Service.

The record of 100 degrees for Oct. 14 was set last year. Skies are expected to remain clear and sunny. Until now, the average temperature for October has been about 2 degrees below normal, but the current warming trend is likely to change that.

"It will probably run in the average of 6 to 7 degrees above normal each day," Kuhlman said.

Those above-average temperatures are expected to last into next week, and a major cool-down is not likely anytime soon, Kuhlman said.

Somebody F*cked with my handle bars??

Friday, October 14 - Somebody messed with my handle bars last night!

Somebody moved my handle bars about a half to an inch to the left. Somebody also twisted the bar around so that the grip for the brake is almost vertically above my fingers instead of horizontally in front of my fingers.

Yesterday as I was going home I was thinking about what would happen if the cable that operates my breaks on this bike snaps.

The problem is I have only one break working and if that cable snaps I am screwed and won't have any breaks.

As I coasted in to my parking spot yesterday I gently squeezed my breaks to stop. I remember it. I didn't have any problems.

But when I left this morning I noticed that the lever I squeeze to apply the breaks had been rotated almost 90 degrees.

Yesterday the break lever was in a horizontal position and directly in front of my fingers.

Today the break lever was rotated 90 degrees and instead of being in front of my fingers it was directly above them. Which makes it very difficult to apply the breaks.

My handle bars were also moved to the left.

I can tell that because my handle bars are kind of odd and stick out to the left about a half inch.

Today the handle bars were sticking out about an inch to an inch and a half.

On the other hand I have had this problem in the past and wonder if there is some odd law of physics that is causing my handle bars to twist around on their own.

As I went home the problem got worse and I suspect it is being caused by some type of laws of physics.

Emperor Obama sends troops to Africa

Damn! Obama really is a carbon copy clone of George W. Hitler! According to this article Obama is sending 100 armed troops to Africa. Remember a vote for Obama is a vote for 4 more years of war, just like a vote for Bush was a vote for 4 more years of war.

Wall Street Protests

I don't hate rich people. I don't think poor people have a god given right to steal money from rich people.

And because of that I don't support the "Wall Street Protests".

Yes I realize corporations use the government to screw people. Yes I realize that rich people use the government to screw us all. But in both of those cases the problem isn't rich people or corporation, it's the government.

I will attend a rally any day to protest our corrupt government, but I will never attend a rally that protests "Rich People".

Sadly poor people also use the government to screw the rest of us.

That's what food stamps are all about. That's what the "welfare system" is all about.

Rich and poor people have slightly different ways of using the system to screw all of us.

Rich people tend to give "bribes" to government rulers in exchange for either contracts or laws which allow then to screw the rest of us with the approval of the government.

They call these "bribes" campaign contributions.

Poor people on the other hand tend to have bribes given to them by our government masters in exchange for votes.

A Congressman, Senator, city councilman or county supervisor passes laws which give welfare handouts to poor people, in which the government nanny hopes to get votes from in exchange for the government gift.

Let's fact it the problem isn't "Wall Street" or "Rich People", the problem is government.

Tax the Rich? Hell no, they are already paying 97 percent of our bribes

In Private, Wall St. Bankers Dismiss Protesters as Unsophisticated

By NELSON D. SCHWARTZ and ERIC DASH

Published: October 14, 2011

Publicly, bankers say they understand the anger at Wall Street — but believe they are misunderstood by the protesters camped on their doorstep.

A police officer guarded the Wall Street bull amid the continuing demonstrations in New York.

But when they speak privately, it is often a different story.

“Most people view it as a ragtag group looking for sex, drugs and rock ’n’ roll,” said one top hedge fund manager.

“It’s not a middle-class uprising,” adds another veteran bank executive. “It’s fringe groups. It’s people who have the time to do this.”

As the Occupy Wall Street demonstrations have grown and spread to other cities, an open question is: Do the bankers get it? Their different worldview speaks volumes about the wide chasms that have opened over who is to blame for the continuing economic malaise and what is best for the country.

Some on Wall Street viewed the protesters with disdain, and a degree of caution, as hundreds marched through the financial district on Friday. Others say they feel their pain, but are befuddled about what they are supposed to do to ease it. A few even feel personally attacked, and say the Occupy Wall Street protesters who have been in Zuccotti Park for weeks are just bitter about their own economic fate and looking for an easy target. If anything, they say, people should show some gratitude.

“Who do you think pays the taxes?” said one longtime money manager. “Financial services are one of the last things we do in this country and do it well. Let’s embrace it. If you want to keep having jobs outsourced, keep attacking financial services. This is just disgruntled people.”

He added that he was disappointed that members of Congress from New York, especially Senator Charles E. Schumer and Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, had not come out swinging for an industry that donates heavily to their campaigns. [ What's wrong with those Congressmen. We pay them the best bribes money can buy and they don't come out and support us :) ] “They need to understand who their constituency is,” he said.

Generally, bankers dismiss the protesters as gullible and unsophisticated. [ In a number of ways. One way is poor people don't know how to milk the government for corporate welfare and handouts for millionaires like rich people do. And of course that means the problem is the "government", not rich people. ] Not many are willing to say this out loud, for fear of drawing public ire — or the masses to their doorsteps. “Anybody who dismisses them publicly is putting a bull’s-eye on their back,” the hedge fund manager said.

John Paulson, the hedge fund titan who made billions in the financial crisis by betting against the subprime mortgage market, has been the exception. His Upper East Side home was picketed by demonstrators earlier this week, but Mr. Paulson offered a full-throated defense of the Street, even going so far as to defend the tiny sliver of top earners attacked by the Occupy Wall Street protesters — whose signs refer to themselves as “the other 99 percent.”

“The top 1 percent of New Yorkers pay over 40 percent of all income taxes, providing huge benefits to everyone in our city and state,” he said in a statement. “Paulson & Company and its employees have paid hundreds of millions in New York City and New York State taxes in recent years and have created over 100 high-paying jobs in New York City since its formation.”

The messages coming from the protesters are by no means in accord. They have myriad grievances, though many see Wall Street as the most powerful symbol of the income inequality and “economic injustice” they are railing against. There is ample indignation over banks being bailed out while their customers are being foreclosed upon, and over banks handing out hefty bonus checks and severance packages so soon after the crisis erupted. [ Again that problem is cause by "the government", not rich people. Although it is "the government" giving handouts ot rich people. ]

Similarly, executives keep getting generous payouts when they leave. Just last week, Bank of America disclosed it was paying a total of $11 million in severance to two executives forced out in a management reshuffle, Sallie Krawcheck and Joe Price, even as the company said it would begin laying off roughly 30,000 employees over the next few years.

“Wall Street continues to underestimate the degree of anger among citizens and voters,” said Douglas J. Elliott, a former investment banker who is now a fellow at the Brookings Institution. For the most part, bankers say that they see the protests as a reaction to the high unemployment and slow growth that has plagued the American economy since the recession and the financial crisis of 2008. Despite all the placards and chants plainly indicating otherwise, some bankers suggest that deep down, the protesters are not really all that mad at them.

“I don’t think we see ourselves as the target,” said Steve Bartlett, president of the Financial Services Roundtable, which represents the nation’s biggest banks and insurers in Washington. “I think they’re protesting about the economy. What’s lost is that the financial services sector has to be well capitalized and well financed for the economy to recover.”

“Anybody who dismisses them publicly is putting a bull's-eye on their back,” said one hedge fund manager of the protesters.

Jamie Dimon, the chief executive of JPMorgan Chase & Company, typifies the conflicting messages coming from Wall Street. In a conference call with reporters after third-quarter earnings were announced Thursday, he stuck a sympathetic note. “I do vaguely remember the First Amendment that it is legal to demonstrate and it is completely fine,” he said. “You should listen and not just have a knee-jerk reaction.”

But in a later conference call with analysts, Mr. Dimon’s remarks were more offhand when asked about the protests and the negative perception of his industry. “Most of our clients like us,” he said. Besides, changing the industry’s image now is a tall order, he told the analysts, before adding, “If you have any great ideas on the phone you guys can write them up and send them to me. We’ll take them into consideration.” Without a coherent message, the crowds will ultimately thin out, Wall Street types insist — especially when the weather turns colder. [ That is one of the problems. Just what are these folks protesting. If you ask me it seems like they hate rich people and corporations. ] They see the protesters as an entertaining sideshow, little more than flash mobs of slackers, seeking to lock arms with Kanye West or get a whiff of the antiestablishment politics that defined their parents’ generation.

“There is a view that it will be a lot of sound and fury signifying nothing,” said one financial industry official.

Most bankers were far more concerned this week about the business impact of the new Volcker Rule restrictions on speculative trading than they were about the demonstrations, this official added.

A smaller group of bank executives are taking the protests more seriously. They see them as a sign of the growing economic divide in this country — and are even monitoring the latest developments on Twitter. While peaceful so far, the demonstrations at Bank of America, Chase and Wells Fargo branches from San Francisco to Peoria are eerily similar to those routinely seen at Citibank outposts in Athens, Hong Kong, and in other overseas markets. Some believe it could be years before the swarms of protesters end their marches on bank branches.

A few outspoken members of the financial industry have broken ranks with their more skeptical brethren to say they understand a bit of the outrage of the Occupy Wall Street crowd.

“When I tell people I went down to research the protests, they’re shocked, they literally laugh,” said Michael Mayo, a veteran bank analyst at Crédit Agricole Securities. “It’s just not a location they frequent.”

Citigroup’s chief executive, Vikram S. Pandit, even said he would be happy to talk with the protesters any time they wanted to drop by. Mr. Pandit, onstage Wednesday at a Fortune magazine conference, said that the protesters’ “sentiments were completely understandable.”

“I would also corroborate that trust has been broken between financial institutions and the citizens of the U.S., and that it’s Wall Street’s job to reach out to Main Street and rebuild that trust,” Mr. Pandit said. The protesters should hold Citi and others “accountable for practicing responsible finance,” he said, “and keep asking us about how we’re doing.”

Tired of this f*cked up mess? Vote for me and I will fix it!!!!

Pretty much every politician for the last 200 years has more or less has admitted the current system if f*cked up royally.

Their mantra is almost always “Vote for me and I will fix it!!!!”

Of course 2 years later, or 4 years later, depending on what the length of the office’s term is, nothing has change, nothing has been fixed and the system is the same f*cked up mess it was before the current guy who made all the promises to fix it got elected.

Of course then the who cycle repeats it’s self again with all the folks running for office saying “Tired of this f*cked up mess? Vote for me and I will fix it!!!!”

As a Libertarian running for office I have no intention whatsoever of promising you that "I will fix this f*cked up mess".

If you ask me the system is corrupt to the core and can't be fixed.

As a Libertarian Anarchist I will do the best I can to eliminate the system.

Obama lies about withdrawing troops from Iraq

According to this article "all American troops will leave Iraq except for about 160 active-duty soldiers attached to the U.S. Embassy".

Of course the fine print at the end of the article says that is a lie. Well yea, except for these 5,000 or so military thugs from the American Empire:

"About 5,000 security contractors and personnel will be tasked with helping protect American diplomats and facilities around the country"

A screw in my tire

Coming home from an atheist meeting in Scottsdale my tire picked up a drywall screw. I was pretty p*ssed. But luckily I didn't get a flat. The slime in the tire stopped the leak.

I also discovered that again the inner tube seems to be slipping inside the tube. I bet it is because I didn't inflate the inner tube enough.

Time to end Post Office monopoly on mail delivery

In this editorial Dave Patterson says it's Time to send a Dear John letter to archaic USPS.

Did you know that USPS workers are paid an average of $79,000 in wages and benefits, compared with $59,000 overall in the private sector. The article didn't mention this but per Federal law it is illegal for the private sector to deliver mail, unless they 1) deliver the mail for FREE, or 2) charge 3 times what the post office charges.

Don't blame Emperor Obama for all those people he murders with drone airstrikes. It's not his fault. According to these articles a secret panel is telling Obama who to murder and who to let live. So it's not Obama's fault for all these murders. Or at least that's what he wants us to think.

Attack Watch - Protecting the President from his political enemies!!!

According to this article not only are they shoveling BS to make Obama look good you have to give them stinking money. It's a fundraising tool for Obama.

Each job created will cost the taxpayers $640,000!!!!!

This jobs program sounds more like a welfare program for rich corporation then an effort to help unemployed people find permanent jobs.

Protect Our Right to Anonymity

Do you have a right to any privacy? Can' the cops hook a GPS device to your car and follow you 24/7. According to this article the Supreme Court will soon address that issue.

Gov nannies pay $200K for great news articles

According to this article a government agency in California spent $200,000 to pay a private news agency to write news articles that make the government agency look good. And you thought that "propaganda" was a dirty word only used by evil Soviet government.

Revolving door - between Congress, lobbying firms

As Frank Zappa said "They are only in it for the money" . This article points out that government is more about extracting money from our pockets and giving it to the special interest groups that helped our government rulers got elected, then serving the public as our government masters love to pretend they do.

Supreme Court - jails’ blanket strip-search policies

I suspect the REAL reason the cops always search people who have been arrested for trivial crimes like jay walking is to use it as a lame excuse to search them for illegal drugs.

After all about two thirds of the people in American prisons are there for victimless drug war crimes.

In this article the Supreme Court will address that issue. Although I don't have much hope and suspect the Supreme Court will side with the American Police State.

Grizzly shooting pits Idahoans against Uncle Sam

The idiots, or perhaps I should say the crooks in Congress frequently pass silly laws which give animals more rights then people. This article address those issues.

Government propaganda networks?

Most of those city run cable TV stations are nothing more then a government propaganda net work for the members of the city council. This article addresses that issue in the city of Scottsdale.

Check out El Molino's in Scottsdale

You should check out El Molino's Mexican food in Scottsdale before the construction drives then out of business.

Fed's motto - Spend your money or lose it!

Probably one reason we have so much government waste is because of the "spend it or lose it" government mentality. In this case the government idiots are flying people who were caught sneaking across the border into the USA to Mexico City which is probably a distance of 1,000 miles or more from the US Mexican border.

Russell Pearce, government tyrant!!!

More about my favorite government tyrant Russell Pearce. Look I shouldn't be so hard on Russell Pearce! He isn't so screwed up that a bullet wouldn't fix him.

On the other hand I suspect Russell Pearce feels the same way about me. Russell Pearce is one of those government tyrants that think marijuana smokers should be executed. I wonder if he feels the same way about gays and Mexicans whom he also seems to hate.

Afterlife - an atheist TV show

Cool according to this article there is a TV show about atheists!!!

The U.S. National Debt

Here are some articles on the National Debt or I should say alleged National Debt.

I say alleged National Debt because they are printing the money, not borrowing it as they claim.

The Feds send out 70 million checks a month!

According to this article the Feds send out 70 million checks a month! Wow! This is one check for every 5 people in the USA! Or one check for every 2 or 3 adults in the USA.

And that is just a LOW BALL ESTIMATE. It's probably a lot more! The article seems to say it could be double or triple that.

It's not my fault!

Don't blame me!!!!!. Or at least that seemed to be a good thing to say at the time.

Feds don't know how many Americans they are spying on!

It is so bad that the tyrants in the Federal government don't even know how many Americans they are spying on according to this article.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio testifies

How do you spell perjury - "I don't recall"

In this article Sheriff Joe Arpaio testifies. Of course cops don't consider it perjury, it's testilying. Of course cops don't consider lying under oath to be perjury, to them it's testilying and it's something that is done to put your enemies in jail.

Is Mark Goudeau being framed for the Baseline Murders???

I have always suspect that Mark Goudeau is being framed for the Baseline Murders by the Phoenix Police. If you ask me about the only evidence the cops have that he did it is that he is Black man. And of course the guy who is the Baseline Rapist is also a Black man.

The cops do have DNA evidence, but it is junk DNA evidence and doesn't have the usual slam dunk high probability DNA usually has. Read more about Mark Goudeau and how the Phoenix Police are framing him for the Baseline Murders or Baseline Rapist.

Police Commander Anthony Bologna might get a slap on the wrist

According to this article NYPD Police Commander Anthony Bologna might get a slap on the wrist for illegally pepper spraying protesters at the Occupy Wall Street demonstrations.

He might be docked a big 10 vacations days.

Of course if you, me, or one of the other people the NYPD pretends to protect had illegally pepper sprayed a cop the questions would be how many years in prison are we going to be sentenced to.

She tried to cut his head off???

According to this article a woman tried to cut her husbands head off while he was sleeping in bed with a jig saw.

The only thing I can say is lady, next time use a circular saw.

Chandler Police Assistance Board breaking the law???

I saw an article in the San Tan Sun Newspaper where the CPAB or Chandler Police Assistance Board is asking the public for assistance to help them honor and support Chandler cops.

The CPAB or Chandler Police Assistance Board is a PRIVATE entity, not a government entity.

I don't have a problem with that but, since the article says the CPAB or Chandler Police Assistance Board is using the Chandler Police Station at 4040 E Chandler Heights Road to hold it meetings and using it as it's mailing address I suspect this is a violation of Arizona law, because government resources are being used to benefit a private entity.

I suspect that public hound Ernie Hancock will take this post and twist it around as a lame excuse to spread lies that I am an government snitch.

F*ck you Ernie. Use you brain. I am bitching that the Chandler Police are breaking the law. I certainly am not supporting the jack booted thugs at the Chandler Police Department.

OK, Ernie I know. God gave you two mouths so you can talk non stop and because of that forget to give you a brain.

On the other hand if the only message you have to say is Freedom Good, Government Bad, you certainly don't need two mouths.

A negative article on Ron Paul?

This is the first negative article I have seen on Ron Paul. I wonder if it is true?

The article says Rep. Ron Paul (Tex.) pressed the energy secretary in 2008 to approve a federal loan guarantee to help an energy company hoping to expand a nuclear facility in Texas.

I wonder if that publicity hound Ernie Hancock will call me names for reporting negative things about Ron Paul.

On the other hand even if this negative article is true Ron Paul has a pretty solid record of fighting the evil Federal government.

Arizona one gram marijuana tax stamps

I suspect Mike Renzulli and Ernie Hancock will be claiming that I am trying to trick you into turning yourself into the police by displaying these marijuana tax stamps.

I suspect to Mike Renzulli and Ernie Hancock everything I do including breathing is some type of plot to get people to turn themselves into the police form one victimless crime or another.

Arizona decided to tax marijuana and other illegally drugs many years ago. It wasn't a government scheme to improve the quality of illegal drugs.

What it was was a government scheme to allow the state of Arizona to steal the homes, cars and bank accounts of people caught with illegal drugs.

If you got busted using or selling drugs with out the illegal drug tax stamps the state of Arizona would use that as a lame excuse to seize your home, your car and all your bank accounts.

Around 1997 a guy called Pete Wilson (no relation to a former California governor) got arrested with some marijuana tax stamps.

The state of Arizona tried to railroad him and put him in jail. But the courts made a rare correct ruling and said that good old Pete Wilson had obeyed the law by purchasing his marijuana tax stamps and affixing the tax stamps to his pot so the state was out of luck and could not arrest him or seize his home, car and bank accounts.

As a result of that the state of Arizona repealed it's silly law that vendors of illegal drugs get a dope dealers license and affix tax stamps to any illegal drugs they sell.

Here is a sheet of one gram marijuana tax stamps issued by the state of Arizona.

Arizona one gram marijuana tax stamps

Why am I always criticizing Mike Renzulli and Ernie Hancock.

About 10 years ago I found out from Ernie Hancock that a guy named David Dorn was spreading lies about me calling me a government snitch.

I don't have proof but, I suspect that Ernie Hancock has been spreading these lies about me.

Mike Renzulli who seems to be Ernie Hancock side kick also seems to be spreading the same lies around about me. I do have proof that Mike Renzulli is spreading the lies around.

I have found at least one email he posted with the lies about me.

Other then that I could care less about what these two guys do.

When you first meet Ernie Hancock he seems like a Libertarian, but once you get to know him it seems like he is a publicity hound and everything he does is to get publicity for himself.

Mike Renzulli just seems to be Ernie's sidekick who does everything Ernie tells him to do. Which I suspect is telling people lies about me in an attempt to destroy my life.

How either of these guys can claim to be Libertarians is beyond me.

Another government tyrant bites the dust!

Arizona Weather: Cool down in sight

by James Quinones - Oct. 20, 2011 07:42 AM

12 News Weather Plus Forecaster

A passing low pressure system to the north will cool our temperatures down just a touch over the next couple days. Then the weekend heats up a little more, before we cool down in the mid to upper 80s by the middle of next week. Dry and sunny skies are expected for the next several days.

Valley weather forecast: Thursday: Lots of sunshine and above normal temps for today with a high near 93. Tonight: Clear and dry and a bit cooler with a low of 67.

A murder trial without a body??? That's insane!!!

According to this article Rick Valentini is being tried for the murder of Jamie Laiaddee even though nobody knows if she has been murdered. No body has been found.

Using that logic if I pissed off some prosecutor I guess he could arrest me, try me and convict me for the murder of Amelia Earhart?

Yes I admit murder is a very serious crime, but arresting somebody for a crime that you are not even sure happened is just as bad.

Louisiana man exonerated of rape crime after 30 years in prison

According to this article a Louisiana man was just released from prison after spending 30 years there for a rape he did not commit.

Obama pretends to end the Iraq war - Again

According to this article Obama is pretending to withdraw all the troops from Iraq again.

Of course this withdrawal is a big lie like the last withdrawal was.

This time Obama will only withdraw about half the troops. Currently there are 39,000 U.S. troops in Iraq today. And after the fake withdrawal about 16,000 U.S. diplomats and civilian contractors will remain posted in Iraq.

I suspect those 16,000 U.S. diplomats and civilian contractors who will remain are really civilian mercenaries.

Some more medical marijuana news

Here are some more articles on medical marijuana and the insane war on drugs.

I suspect Mike Renzulli is making up lies and telling people that I want to continue the insane, unconstitutional and illegal war on drugs, but that is a lie. I am in favor of legalizing ALL drugs.

Government doesn't work very well

Let's face it government doesn't work very well or even at all. After 34 years this lawsuit about unconstitutional and inhumane conditions is still being fought in the courts.

I suspect Mike Renzulli is also telling people I love the corrupt criminal justice system and that I love Sheriff Joe. None of which is true.

Shy people?

I suspect the main reason Mike Renzulli is spreading lies around about me is because I am a shy person and don't fit in very well.

If Mike Renzulli hates shy people I guess that is a decision for him to make on his own. But it certainly isn't a good reason to spread around lies about me. Here is an article about shyness.

We want gold coins, no worthless fiat currency

If Schweikert wanted to fix things he could vote to end the Fed and stop them from printing the worthless fiat currency that we are currently using.

Nope that ain't what Schweikert wants to do. According this article his silly plan would keep the fiat currency and replace dollar bills with almost as worthless copper coins which are hard to carry.

It's time to let the U.S. Post Office go bankrupt!!!

In this editorial they says the U.S. Post Office needs to be saved.

I disagree! It is time to let the U.S. Post Office compete with the private sector, which of course will cause the U.S. Post Office to go out of business, because the over paid, under worked government bureaucrats in the U.S. Post Office simply can't compete with the lean hungry workers in the private sector.

Currently Federal law allows private businesses to compete with the U.S. Post Office, but the law prevents private companies from competing on a level playing field because private companies are required by law to either deliver the mail for FREE, or charge 3 times what the U.S. Post Office charges.

Despite the fact that both UPS and FedEx are required by Federal law to charge 3 times what the U.S. Post Office charges, both the UPS and FedEx kick U.S. Post Office butt when it comes to delivering the mail fast, and cost efficiently.

Let private mail carriers compete with the U.S. Post Office on a level playing field and the U.S. Post Office will almost certainly be driven out of business. And us taxpayers will get cheaper, faster and more efficient mail delivery.

Vote for me I won the Iraq and Libya wars

According this article it sounds like Emperor Obama is slinging the BS that says we should vote for him in 2012 because he won not only the Iraq war, but also the war in Libya.

I wonder if Obama will take personnel credit for also winning the Afghanistan war, when we leave it like we left Vietnam? [ Of course that is Obama's view that we "won" the war in Afghanistan. Most of us feel that we lost the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, just like we lost the Vietnam war. ]

Yea, sure, it's for the children!

In this article government workers and union members use the law to pick our pockets and give themselves hefty retirement pensions.

If you think it's really about "the children" I have some land I in Florida I would like to sell you.

Children need to be taught how to "think", not use computers

In this article they seem to be saying that kids need to be taught how to think, rather then use computers.

I tend to agree with that.

Politicians buy votes by promising pensions

In this article it sure sounds like the politicians have been trading pension plans for the votes of cops, firefighters and teachers .

Of course these pension plans are unsubstainable and in the end the policemen, firemen and school teachers who traded their votes for pensions won't get the pensions they were bribed with.

Of course the real people that get screwed in all cases are us taxpayers.

Idiots of Craig's List?

Hmmm .... Just who are these idiots of Craig's list?

Sorry pal idiotsofcraigslist.com is just the free market at work.

There are always employers who want to pay you 17 cents and hour, but not many people will accept that wage.

On the other hand there are always employees who expect to be paid $50 an hour. But again not many employers are willing to pay that.

In the end the market sorts things out.

Not many employers find employees who are willing to work for 17 cents and hour and they raise their offer.

Some for those employees who are looking for that $50/hour job. They usually don't find it and accept something that pays a lot less.

Thousands of Egyptian police go on strike

Will the new dictator in Egypt be as bad as the old dictator? I don't know, but the Egyptian piggies don't like the new rulers according to this article. I generally don't support cops, because they are usually government terrorists and not our protectors as they claim to be.

But this is just an indication that things are not any better in Egypt before they got rid of their last dictator.

To really screw up things you need Government

Uncle Sam, or rather the crooks in Congress are responsible for the collapse of the real estate market by giving out billions in loans to people that couldn't afford them.

Of course now the same crooks in Congress seem to be ready to forgive all those loans they made. And screw us taxpayers twice.

No FOIA requests for suspected criminals

According to this article the Federal government is saying that if they suspect a person is a criminal they can deny any and all of their requests for public information made via the Freedom of Information Act. Of course they won't tell the person - "Hey *sshole! We think your a criminal so we are denying your FOIA request". Nope, instead they lie and tell the person that the Federal government doesn't have the data you are requesting.

And of course there is not definition of what a "suspected criminal" is, so any agency can use that as a lame excuse to deny any FOIA request.

But sadly in the American police state about two thirds of the people arrested and put in prison by the police are arrested for victimless drug war crimes. Crimes that didn't harm anyone, other then p*ss off some government nanny, because somebody took some drugs which made them feel good.

Last but not least any body that has studied the Constitution will tell you that at the Federal law the Drug War is unconstitutional per the 10th Amendment and at the state level per the 14th Amendment.

Phoenix-area above-average temps expected to take a plunge Saturday

by Morgan Sailor - Oct. 31, 2011 10:48 AM

The Arizona Republic-12 News Breaking News Team

The Phoenix area could see high temperatures drop as much as 25 degrees by the weekend, with a potential record-tying 67 as a high on Saturday.

Trick-or-treaters, however, should be enjoy mostly clear skies and above average temperatures while making their rounds on Halloween evening. The warmer weather will likely last through the day on Tuesday before two cold fronts from southeastern California make their way to the Valley.

A small, weak front is expected to bring light breezes starting Tuesday night and temperatures around 80 degrees on Wednesday, which is close to normal for the time of year.

On Friday, a much larger front is expected to push into the area and Valley residents will notice significant changes in the weather. A sustained wind with gusts of up to 40 mph is likely to kick up dust. High temperatures are expected to plummet to around 67 degrees on Saturday. There is also a chance of rain.

Phoenix's record of the lowest high temperature for Nov. 5 is 67, set in 2000. Temperatures in that range are not usually seen in the Valley until mid- to late December, said Doug Green, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service.

"This is the strongest system we've seen this year," Green said "It's really powerful."

Snow on the East Coast!!!!

On the other hand if you want to really freeze to death you can move to the East Coast.

It's amazing, those folks can get snow while we are still having 100°F weather in Phoenix.

One Million Still in Dark After Snowstorm

By JAMES BARRON

Published: October 31, 2011

It looked and sounded like the aftermath of a Christmas storm: Streets were covered with snow, school was canceled, snow blowers were sending up plumes of white and utility crews were struggling to reconnect bowed and broken lines.

But this time, the grinch that threatened to steal Halloween was a freakish late fall northeaster that set records for timing, accumulation and — if there were a way to measure this — annoyance and aggravation.

More than a million electricity customers are still in the dark from New Jersey to Maine. “We are in full restoration mode,” Marcy Reed, president of National Grid Massachusetts, told The Associated Press, as crews cleared branches that had snapped under the weight of the snow. Consolidated Edison’s Web site promised the power would be back on in Westchester County communities by 11:59 p.m. Wednesday, four days after the storm hit.

Sherry Padva, 57, of Irvington, N.Y., in Westchester, said the power had been out from 6 p.m. Saturday to 4 a.m. Monday. She said that “residual heat” had carried her through the night Saturday and that on Sunday she put lawn chairs on the patio and listened to the Giants game on a battery-powered transistor radio.

But by Sunday night, she said, “things were getting pretty rugged.” She said she had tried to reserve a room at a nearby hotel, but too many others had beaten her to it: the no vacancy sign was up.

She was not the only one who endured the weekend with candles and outerwear indoors.

“It’s so cold we dress in the house like we’re outside,” said Donald Romano, 71, a retired lawyer from Millburn, N.J. He said the temperature indoors, after nearly three days without electricity, was barely 50 degrees.

At least nine deaths have been attributed to the storm, including that of a 20-year-old man electrocuted by a downed power line in Springfield, Mass.

Monday was an unusual snow day for thousands of students, with communities in New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts and New Hampshire expecting schools to remain closed for several days as they cleaned up downed electrical wires and fallen branches. And in Central Park, as many as 1,000 trees may be lost — eight times the damage suffered after Tropical Storm Irene two months ago.

The storm also left scores of suburban commuters stranded, as railroads assessed problems with frozen switches and snowdrifts on the tracks.

“You’re talking about much more significant damage to the rail system than we had during Irene,” Gov. Chris Christie of New Jersey said in a news conference.

Mr. Christie also pleaded with parents to pay close attention to children making the rounds as trick-or-treaters.

“Please be careful,” he said. “You know, in most towns I would hope by tonight they would have fallen lines isolated and marked and cordoned off. But you can’t count on that, so please take flashlights with you.”

“We do not want any loss of life tonight during trick-or-treating because people weren’t paying attention to the danger that’s out there,” he added.

Some communities moved to postpone trick-or-treating. Craig Rubinstein, 36, from Livingston, N.J., said he received a message from the Police Department that Halloween had been postponed until Friday. The only problem: the new date is Mr. Rubinstein’s wedding anniversary. “We were going to swap and do our anniversary dinner tonight,” he said. “But there’s not a lot open.”

Mr. Rubinstein’s sons — one is 3, the other 6 months — were supposed to dress up as characters from “Toy Story.”

In Teaneck, N.J., the elements also intervened. “The town looks like a war zone,” Alexandria Massey, 33, said. Her children, 7 and 3, had planned to trick-or-treat as Darth Vader and Supergirl. By midday Monday, the idea of canceling Halloween had not registered.

“They’re just happy they don’t have to go to school,” Ms. Massey said. “I don’t think it’s really set in yet.”

Salena Rovira, a high school sophomore in Montclair, N.J., said warnings about trick-or-treating among hanging tree limbs and live wires would not be enough to keep her at home. “You can’t just cancel Halloween,” she said. “That’s like canceling Christmas.”

She added that she planned to present her mother with a “reasonable argument” about why she should be allowed to join friends on an excursion Monday night.

And if that failed? “Then I’ll go out,” she said. “It’s Halloween.”

The storm swept across parts of Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island, setting records in some places both for snowfall and power failures.

Plainfield, Mass., received nearly 31 inches of snow. West Milford, N.J., got 19 inches, and Jaffrey, N.H., recorded 31.4, according to the National Weather Service.

More than 12 inches fell at Bradley International Airport north of Hartford. The previous record for the day was less than a tenth of an inch, in 2000, the Weather Service said.

Governors in Connecticut, Massachusetts and New Jersey declared states of emergency. Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo of New York declared an emergency in 13 counties.

According to state governments and utilities, at least three million customers lost power. More than 400,000 customers lost power across New York State at the storm’s peak, and most remained without electricity at midday Sunday, with the greatest damage in Westchester, Putnam, Rockland and Orange Counties. Power failures hit 650,000 customers in Massachusetts, 10,000 in Rhode Island, 280,000 in New Hampshire, more than 400,000 in Pennsylvania and about 500,000 in New Jersey.

Gov. Dannel P. Malloy of Connecticut said more than 750,000 homes in the state were without power, breaking a record set in August when the remnants of the tropical storm passed through.

People trudging through stores in search of sold-out supplies had little time to meditate on climate change. They talked more about how recent storms — the 2008 ice storm in New Hampshire and Tropical Storm Irene in New Jersey — had prompted them to buy generators and left them better prepared.

But scholars began marshaling their arguments to remind people that single storms say little about overall climate patterns.

Robert N. Stavins, an economist at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard, said a surprise winter storm no more disproved climate change than a hot day in August proved it.

But larger patterns of extreme storms and precipitation, even if accompanied by cold snaps, support the theory of global warming, he and several climate researchers said, because warming oceans are sending more moisture into the air.

The storm may be a death knell for apple-picking season at Hager Brothers’ small orchard in Shelburne Falls, Mass.

With temperatures expected in the teens, “that’ll probably be the end of what we can pick off our trees,” said Bethany Miles, who was working at the orchard store.

The wedding of Christine and Ryan Hubbard on Saturday night in Worcester, Mass. — with pumpkins and flowers in warm, deep colors — was aiming for a crisp autumn look but ended up with an aesthetic that was more frigid slush.

“If somebody looks at our wedding pictures, they’re going to think that we got married in December,” Ms. Hubbard said.

To the north, the lights went out on Saturday night as Ryan Thibeault of Hollis, N.H., blew out the 16 candles on his birthday cake. Ryan’s mother, Pauline, found mittens for the partygoers, and everyone made do, figuring the darkness made for a seasonally spooky setting. “We sat in the hall in the dark laughing and ate cold pizza by candlelight,” she said.

She was less amused on Sunday morning, when, bundled up in a parka, she trekked 25 yards through the snow to a lake to fill a bucket. The water was needed to flush the toilets.

More threatening problems were downed wires and precariously hanging branches.

In Sherman, Conn., Jerry Ryan, a lead electrician for Connecticut Light and Power, was working to restore equipment damaged by a tree, using a hand-held voltage detector that lights up if a wire is live.

“The whole town of Sherman is shut down,” he said. “This beats out Hurricane Irene big time. It’s 10 times worse.”

Kathy Johansen, working at Woodbury Pewter in Woodbury, Conn., said she had a scare when she was stuck in the snow. Just as a passing snowplow driver was scooping out an escape route, a giant tree crashed within inches of her car.

“I would have been crushed completely,” she said. “And you’ll never guess the name of the road: Transylvania Road.”

Are we government slaves???

Hmmm ... Herman Cain wants a 9 percent tax on income and a 9 percent national sales tax? Jesus when you throw in Arizona's sales tax that will be a 26 percent tax on our income.

Rick Perry wants a 20 percent flat tax? Again when you throw in Arizona's sales tax that will jump to 28 percent of our income.

Get Phoenix City Councilmen's junk email list as public records request

iIwent to the city of phoenix council members web pages and noticed that almost all of them have a web page that allows you to request to be added to that city councilmembers junk email list.

I made a request for public records to the city of Phoenix asking for all these email addresses and i suspect I will be turned down because the council members don't want to share information with people about how they get reelected

But ..... taxpayer dollars are used to send out all those junk emails and taxpayers dollars are used to pay for the web pages that solicit those email addresses so I think the email addresses ARE public records

This is just a reminded to sue the creeps at the city of phoenix if they don't give me the data requested

Get lost you creepy publicity hound. Ernie i finally figured you out. you ain't Libertarian. You just used that as a lame excuse to get all the publicty for yourself.

Freedom fighters murder Libya dictator Moammar Kadafi

According to this article Libyan freedom fighters have murdered Moammar Kadafi.

If you ask me it was more of self defense, not murder. When a creep like Moammar Kadafi has robbed, raped and murdered his serfs for 40 years I don't see anything wrong with the serfs rising up and killing him.

I guess that scares a lot of other government tyrants because it means the same thing could happen to them.
